Michael Cohen’s "House Performance" on February 27, was not credible, in my opinion

Michael Cohen tried to sell a book,
to any publisher, complementing
Trump, after the election.

At the time, Cohen expected
to get a high position
in theTrump Administration.

He didn't get any position.

Now Cohen has reversed himself
to sell a book, in my opinion,
to any publisher, but this time
attacking President Trump.

Cohen is a proven con man and liar.

He has bad character --
bad enough to get a
three-year prison sentence.

People with bad character
can't be trusted.

There is nothing Cohen
can say to Congress
to change who he is.

Republican House members
focused on Cohen credibility,
since he had been caught lying
to Congress before
... and he was disbarred too,
according to documents
released by Manhattan’s
Appellate Division, and the
Attorney Grievance Committee.

Democrats questioned Cohen
about nothing very important,
then pretended his answers
were really big, even "explosive".

Cohen claimed he never wanted
a White House job, but even CNN's
anti-Trump pundits were saying
he wanted one for a long time,
and was insulted when he
didn’t get one.

The proposed Trump Tower in Moscow,
was something Cohen said he
previously lied about.

Cohen now claims the plans were shelved
later than he originally claimed.

Ho, hum !

Wanting to build a hotel in Moscow
is not a crime.

Trump supposedly planned to give
a penthouse apartment, in a potential
Trump hotel on Red Square,
to Vladimir Putin.

But Putin can get any real estate
he wants on Red Square --
he already has the Kremlin !

Accepting a free apartment
from a US builder
makes no sense.

Cohen talked about Roger Stone’s
alleged contacts with Julian Assange,
which Stone and Assange both deny.

And there was an alleged conversation
between Stone and Trump
on July 18 or 19, 2016, during which
Stone allegedly said WikiLeaks
was going to release a big batch
of Hillary-related mails.

The WikiLeaks release
was July 22, 2016.

The DNC convention
was July 25-28, 2016

But five weeks earlier,
on June 12, 2016,
Assange said on British TV,
that such a batch
of eMail documents
would be released soon.

The claim that DNC mails
were hacked has been
refuted by Assange, and
an Assange employee
who said he was handed
a flash drive of eMails
by a DNC insider.

Some people think the DNC insider
was Seth Rich, but proof is lacking.

Julian Assange started that rumor
by offering a $10,000 reward for
information leading to the arrest of
the man, or men, who murdered Rich
on the street late at night,
but never took his money,
or his smart phone.

The DNC refused to let the
Obama FBI examine their
computers and servers
to determine if there was a hack,
and any evidence of Russian
involvement.

So the "Russian hacking" story
exists without proof.

Cohen had nothing about “collusion”
with Russia", which I identified as
a Democrat hoax two years ago,
invented to deflect attention
from the DNC eMails, and
falsely counterattack Trump
as a pawn of Russians.

Trump's personality does not suggest
he would collude with anyone -- he barely
colluded with the Republican Party !

Not that collusion is even a crime !

Michael Cohen has lied yet again
to Congress.

His prison sentence should be
extended by six months:

In a criminal referral letter
to Attorney General William Barr,
Republican Reps. Jim Jordan (R-OH)
and Mark Meadows (R-NC) said that
President Trump's former attorney,
Michael Cohen, was:
"At times in direct contradiction
to assertions contained
in pleadings authored by
the United States Attorney's Office
for the Southern District of New York."

"In other instances, Cohen's statements
were "immediately contradicted
by witnesses with firsthand knowledge
of the subject matter."

"Mr. Cohen denied committing
various fraudulent acts
that he has pleaded guilty
to in federal court.

Specifically, Mr. Cohen said
"I never defrauded any bank."

"These denials are
intentionally false".

"Mr. Cohen pleaded guilty
to five counts of
income tax evasion,
one count of making
false statements
to a banking institution,
one count of causing
an unlawful corporate
contribution,
one count of excessive
campaign contribution,
and one count of making
false statements
to Congress."

"Mr. Cohen repeatedly testified
that he did not seek employment
in the White House following
President Trump's election. "

"This is demonstrably, materially,
and intentionally false."

"This testimony is in direct conflict
with court filings made by the
United States Attorney's Office
for the SDNY, which state:"

"During and after the campaign,
Cohen privately told friends
and colleagues, including in
seized text messages,
that he expected to be given
a prominent role and title
in the new administration.

When that did not materialize,
Cohen found a way to monetize
his relationship with, and access to,
the President."
