Christine Blasey Ford’s
accusations against
Supreme Court nominee
Brett Kavanaugh
fits the mold.
Senator Diane Feinstein
and the other Dumbocrats
sought to block
the Kavanaugh nomination.
from the first day.
And they would have,
if the Dumbocrats
had not ended the filibuster
on judicial nominations
in 2013 -- thanks Harry Reid.
They also provided
the 1992 "Biden Rule",
that the Senate
should not consider
confirming the Supreme Court
nomination of a lame-duck
(he can't run again)
president in an election year.
Goodbye Merrick Garland.
Kavanaugh had a long record
of judicial opinions and writings
-- all indicating a sharp mind,
and six FBI investigations
did not reveal racial, or sexual
intolerance.
His personal life was impeccable.
Kavanaugh was not combative
like Robert Bork was,
he ignored the "street theater" screaming
and protests in the Senate gallery,
but he is being "Borked" anyway.
Kavanaugh was going to be confirmed
unless there was a last minute bombshell.
So that's what we got.
Feinstein sat on the letter
for nearly two months,
and did no investigation
during that time.
She refused to release the full text
of the redacted complaint
until a few days ago,
has said she does not know whether
the accusations are believable.
Was Feinstein reluctant to formally submit
the letter to the Senate Judiciary Committee,
because doing so makes Christine Ford
subject to a perjury charge?
Enough delay would mean
the confirmation vote
could be put off
could be put off
until after the midterm election,
and a Democrat senators
in the 2016 "Trump states"
would not have to go on record
voting "no" on Kavanaugh.
Feinstein’s anonymous trick did not work.
So she leaked Ford’s identity
to force an Anita-Hill–like inquest.
Under traditional jurisprudence,
Ford’s allegations are not provable.
Kavanaugh was tagged
with sexual battery
with sexual battery
at first by an anonymous accuser,
and then upon revealing her identity,
by a left-wing, political activist
psychology professor and
her even further left-wing,
more politically active lawyer.

as either assaulters, or witnesses,
have insisted that they have
no knowledge of the event,
much less of wrongdoing
wherever and whenever
Ford claims the act took place.

that the event 36 years ago,

but still assures that Kavanaugh

merely had only the proverbial
teenage “one beer.”

that Ford claims occurred.

a single witness
to confirm her narrative
or refute theirs
is of no concern to Democrats.

or given a deposition that would be subject
to penalties if untrue.

“All women must be believed”
we are told, except when they charge
Bill Clinton, Keith Ellison, Sherrod Brown,
and Joe Biden.
Some women apparently
are more believable than others.

For Democrats attacking Republicans
the accused is considered guilty
if merely charged, and the accuser
must not be made uncomfortable
in proving her charges.
“Victim” refers to the accuser,
not the accused.
The media charge should have been
that she was ALLEGEDLY “assaulted”
and groped through her clothes, and then
allowed to get away with no physical harm,
but they wanted to write "attempted rape"
and "rape".
Ford supposedly in her originally anonymous
accusation had insisted that she had sought
“medical treatment” for her assault.
But “medical treatment” to her meant
that 30 years after the alleged assault,
Ford sought counseling for some sort of
“relationship” or “companion” therapy,
or what might legitimately be termed
“marriage counseling.”
In 2012 Ford did not name Kavanaugh
to her therapist, whose notes
are at allegedly at odds
with Ford’s current version.

Shortly after Ford was named,
her prior well-publicized
and self-referential
social-media revelations
suddenly vanished,
as if she’d never held
her minor-league
but confident pro-Sanders,
anti-Trump opinions.
And much of her media
and social-media accounts
were erased as well.
The New York Slimes
falsely reported that Kavanaugh’s
alleged accomplice, Mark Judge,
had confirmed Ford’s allegation
after he told the Judiciary Committee
that he does not remember the episode.
Forty minutes later, the Slimes'
embarrassing story was deleted.
Online versions of some of the yearbooks
of Ford’s high school from the early 1980s
vanished as well.
At times the yearbooks
seemed to take
a perverse pride
in the reputation
of the all-girls school
for underage drinking,
carousing, and,
on rarer occasions,
“passing out” at parties.
Ford claimed impressive
(selective) powers of memory
of an event 36 years past,
assures us that
as a responsible 15-year-old,
she had only “one beer.”
When a second accuser,
Deborah Ramirez,
followed Ford seven days later
to allege another sexual incident
with the teenage Kavanaugh,
at Yale 35 years ago, none of those
whom she named as witnesses
could either confirm her charges
or even remember the alleged event.
She had altered her narrative
after consultations with lawyers
and handlers.
She confessed to heavy underage drinking.
She too is currently a social and progressive
political activist.
The main difference
from Ford’s narrative
is that Ramirez’s accusation
was deemed not credible enough
to be reported by the New York Slimes.
According to some polls,
about half the country believes
that Brett Kavanaugh is now
guilty of a crime
committed 36 years ago
at the age of 17,
with no evidence.
This is like George Orwell's
scary view of 1984.
