As a progressive,
Christine Ford
was strongly against
any new, conservative
Supreme Court justice,
even before a name
was announced.
Ford is now trying to ruin
the exceptionally good
"boy scout" reputation
of Judge Kavanaugh,
thirty-six years later.
I believe Ford's
very selective
memory is fake,
and she is lying
about Kavanaugh.
I do not believe Ford will
testify in public, under oath,
witnessed by Kavanaugh,
and questioned only by
professional litigators,
which is the proper
procedure for a claim,
especially a weak, old claim,
that has already ruined
an innocent man's reputation.
Kavanaugh's attorneys
must then be allowed
to cross examine Ford,
with no questions off limits,
including questions about
her teenage sex life.
This article will attempt
to create a lot of doubt
about Ford's credibility.
We already know that in just
one or two days, an amazing
65 women who knew Kavanaugh
in high school signed their names
in support of his good character.
That fast, strong support
is stunning to me -- there must
have been little doubt
in their minds about
Kavanaugh's good character
back in high school.
This Ford story apparently
'was first told
about 30 years later,
during "couples therapy",
apparently needed because
Ford and her husband
had a terrible sex life.
The 2012 "regression therapy"
is a so-called "therapy"
of very questionable value,
and notorious for encouraging
false memories, especially
about long ago events.
Apparently, Ford
was reluctant to blame
her bedroom problems
on her husband or herself,
so she blamed them on
an alleged unsuccessful
assault, by an unnamed
teenage boy, 30 years
earlier.
This year the unnamed boy
became Brett Kavanaugh.
I strongly believe that is a lie.
There may have been an
assault on Ford at some party,
although four of the five
teenagers at the party
Ford is lying about,
do not support Ms. Ford,
but if she ever was assaulted,
it was not at that party,
and not by Brett Kavanaugh.
The therapist's notes
allegedly recorded
"four boys" at a small,
unsupervised teenager
beer drinking party.
After writing her letter
Ford suddenly "remembered"
three boys were there,
not four, and even later,
Ford suddenly "remembered"
another girl was there too.
It's too bad Ford's
selective memory
gradually keeps
"improving",
in her attempt to make
her questionable claim
more believable,
because
four other teens
at the party
have now been
identified,
and questioned,
and all four
do NOT support
Christine Ford's claim.
Ford is supporting
her progressive 'cause'
by trying to derail
a conservative judge,
making a 36 year-old claim,
that as a drunk 15 year-old
(+/- one year)
schoolgirl, drinking beer
at an unsupervised party,
she was physically assulted
by one teenage boys
now named as Brett Kavanaugh,
who allegedly wrestled her
onto a bed in a bedroom,
in front of a witness named
Mark Judge, which scared her,
and then the two boys
wrestled with each other,
allowing Ford to leave
the bedroom and get away
with no physical harm.
No clothing was
removed, there was
a witness present,
and this was NOT
an "attempted rape",
as liberal liars are claiming.
The two boys,
who she 'outed"
in her "anonymous"
original letter,
both independently
denied her claims.
To me, that means
the "he said, she said"
case is closed, but
not to smarmy Democrats
-- to them Kavanaugh
is guilty until he proves
himself innocent,
which they know
is impossible to do,
but even then, other
lying women will be
bribed or convinced
to come forward.
Any crime victim
who waits 36 years,
to make a claim,
to the authorities,
parents or even
a friend or two,
loses most credibility,
and for women
crime victims,
keeping quiet
is a huge disservice
to other women,
and society in general.
A crime victim
who doesn't speak up
at all, "rewards" the
criminal with silence,
and encourages his
additional crimes.
If this weak claim
is believed to be true,
(the actual truth may never
be established),
then it must be balanced
against all the evidence
of Judge Kavanaugh's character
after age 17.
I can imagine,
based on
my own experinece
that if the qualification
for a judge
was a "perfect life"
as a teenager,
there would be
very few judges at all.
If Ford succeeds
in derailing
Kavanaugh's nomination,
she will be
an American hero
to liberals,
like Anita Hill is,
just for trying.
If Christine Ford succeeds
in keeping Judge Kavanaugh
from getting a job promotion
with a 36 year-old
"he said, she said" claim,
in spite of his excellent
reputation, seconded by
passing six FBI background
checks, and a public letter
from 65 female high school
friends and acquaintances,
who did not believe Ford,
then every conservative
in America is at great risk !
Any liberal woman
will be able to derail
any conservative politician
from getting elected,
or appointed to a position,
by simply making a false
"he said, she said" claim,
even one made
at the last minute
with no supporting evidence,
that can never be proven.
Of course with Democrat
politicians, horrible behavior
does not matter,
when done by a liberal man,
who says the "right" things
who says the "right" things
in his speeches:
-- Ted Kennedy drove drunk,
into a creek, and left a woman,
passenger, who was not his wife,
to drown, trapped in his car,
in his selfish rush
to escape legal trouble,
by leaving the scene of an accident
he caused by driving drunk,
and then hiding out somewhere,
far away from an sobriety test,
until he sobered up.
But smarmy leftists
still loved Ted Kennedy !
I am shocked
by the percentage
of women who say
they've been harassed,
molested or raped
by men, and there
are certainly
many more women who,
unfortunately for society,
keep secret the violence
that was perpetrated on them.
I know a woman who had
an experience almost identical
to the claim by Christine Ford,
except only one boy was involved.
She also got away,
and was not physically hurt,
but obviouly did not
keep it secret.
Maybe I'm shocked about
male on female violence
because I've always been
too shy to even think about
doing anything to a woman
that she would object to.
I am not the only man
willing to defend
any woman I know
from a male predator,
even at great risk to myself,
because nothing is lower
than a man abusing a woman.
Unfortunately,
women sometimes
lie about rape
-- not often --
but they do lie, or exaggerate,
far more often than
you would expect, about
about sexual harassment
at work -- corporate human relations
managers claim 20% to 30%
of sexual harassment claims
made by females were not justified.
I am not a gun person,
but if I had been born a woman,
I would own a self-defense gun,
and no man would take
advantage of me without
a fight, and/or a bullet.
The "high tech lynching"
of Justice Thomas
by smarmy Democrats,
is being repeated in a new way,
in 2018, by even smarmier
Democrats -- because
not even one of them
has been willing to assume
Judge Kavanaugh is innocent,
until proven guilty.
I realized Anita Hill was lying
when she followed
Clarence Thomas,
after he moved
to a new job --
no one with sense
would deliberately follow
a real sexual harasser
to his new job,
if the alternative
was merely doing nothing
and staying where you were !
One of them is lying,
I heard someone say,
about Ford and Kavanaugh,
but its also possible
both of them are lying !
Is it not possible that
Ford got drunk on beer,
had sex in an upstairs bedroom
during a party with someone,
and later, after she sobered up,
felt "used" and was very angry
at the boy?
Teenagers drinking in homes
where the parents are away,
is a recipe for many possible
disasters.
Here are
thirteen issues,
related to
the last minute
Christine Ford claims,
that make me
inclined to believe
Judge Kavanaugh:

The suspicious timing
of the last minute "ambush"
of Judge Kavanaugh,
who had withstood
incredible opposition,
and harsh questioning,
with not one reason found
to disqualify him,
made me very suspicious.
Democrats had already pledged
to do anything and everything
to block the Kavanaugh nomination.
I expected a last minute "ambush".
I'm surprised there was
only one woman making claims!
I know that "truth"
is not a leftist value ...
but power is a leftist value,
and another conservative
Supreme Court justice
would be a significant
power loss for leftists.
The Democrat Party
has been losing national
and state power at an
unprecidented rate
since the 2010 election.

A progressive activist
named Christine Ford,
"discovered an event"
from her high school days
in a 2012 regression therapy
(therapy of questionable value,
notorious for encouraging
false memories),
three decades after the
alleged attack ?
Apparently, the alleged attack
wasn’t important when
Judge Kavanaugh was
being confirmed as a
judge of the United States
Court of Appeals for the
District of Columbia Circuit,
to which he had been appointed
by George W. Bush in 2006?
Ford is a registered Democrat.
Ford is also a
Professor of Psychology
in California, meaning she is
almost certainly a progressive
far-left Democrat, who hates the
idea of any new conservative
justice on the Supreme Court.

We all knew this,
(including Christine Ford),
from Anita Hill's lying
many years ago:
There was no risk
for Christine Ford,
if she just stuck with
her bare outline
of an assault claim
without changing it.
Ford would get fame
from smarmy liberals,
just like Anita Hill did,
becoming a national hero,
for leftists, and always
a "victim", even if her
attempt to derail
Kavanaugh failed,
just like Anita Hill failed.

The actual truth about
"he said, she said" claims
can never be definitively determined.
... But another boy, allegedly in
the same room, according to Ford,
denied Ford's claims,
along with two other people
Ford now claims were at the party.
It is four denial claims versus one.
(5)
Minimal details were provided
in the claim, so there was very little
that could be refuted.
People tend to remember details
about scary events for the rest
of their lives.
A woman might try
to forget a rape,
or fail to report one
out of embarrassment,
but this alleged assault
was no rape,
or attempted rape
-- all clothing stayed on
and the girl was allowed
to escape, without any
physical harm.

Ford claimed the event
"derailed" her life
for four or five years,
but no one who knew her
noticed anything wrong,
or even unusual
-- Ford remained
a smart and popular girl,
and went through college
to get a PhD, got married,
and had two children
-- there is no evidence
she was "derailed" in any way,
or that this alleged assault
was even an important
moment in her life.

Ford never mentions
her history of getting
drunk on beer at age 15,
and maybe younger --
what kind of character
does well under age drinking,
at an unsupervised party,
in an unsupervised home ?
Only a bad character.

Democrat politicians could only
have one reason for sitting on the
Ford letter for up to two months,
without doing any investigation
in those two months:
They thought
the Ford claim
was weak or bogus,
and that type of claim
would work best
as a last minute surprise,
followed by a demand for
a long FBI investigation
to delay the Kavanaugh
confirmation, until after
the 2018 election,
and maybe even prevent it.

If this alleged high school event
was really a scary life-changing
event -- a warning to watch
out for drunk high school boys --
then why is Ford's memory "so good"
for every specific detail
of everything that
happened in that bedroom,
during an alleged attack,
that did not physically harm her,
or ruin her life in any visible way,
but Ford's memory is "so bad"
about everything else
on that day ... even the year
and location where it happened ?
It must have been the home
of one of the five people she
now claims were at the party,
and Ford doesn't even know that !
They didn't break into
a stranger's home
for their party.
Perhaps Ford's memory
is deliberately "hazy"
to avoid providing any details
beyond the minimum needed
to make her story
somewhat believable,
because every additional
detail adds risk to the
believability of Ford's story
-- additional points
that could be refuted.
Teenage Ford ws drinking,
along with four others,
we are told, at the party.
Ford allegedly can’t even remember
the year the incident happened.
Ford allegedly can’t remember
where the party was -- it must
have been the home of one of
the four other teenagers there.
Ford allegedly can’t remember
how she got to the party.
Ford allegedly can’t remember
how she got home from the party
(if she left suddenly
after the alleged attack,
then you'd think
at least one other teen,
especially the teen
who lived there,
would remember that,
but they do not ?)
Ford allegedly can’t remember
how many people were
at the small party
( her therapist’s notes
allegedly mentioned
four boys at the small party ).
At first Ford said two boys
were there, and later said,
three boys, and later said,
though her lawyer,
that another girl
was there too.

Ford didn’t report
the alleged assault
to anyone at the time,
or in the next 30 years,
and never even
hinted about it
to anyone, including
her best friend at college
-- they were so close
that both were bridesmaids
at each other's weddings.
Strangely, Ford contacted
that college friend before
she sent her infamous letter,
and asked if she had
ever told her friend about
an assault as a teenager.
After the friend said she
was never told about it,
Ford wrote / sent her letter.
Ford didn’t tell anyone
about the alleged assault
until a therapy session in 2012.
A supposed eyewitness
Ford identified as being
in the same bedroom,
and somewhat of
a participant
named Mark Judge,
did not corroborate
any of the details
of her story.
(11)
Conservative Judge Kavanaugh,
in just two days, received support
from an amazing number of women
(65) who knew him in high school
-- they all risked their own reputations
by defending his good character.

Christine Ford, through
her far left-biased attorney,
has repeatedly tried to stall
or prevent testimony to Congress
with unreasonable demands,
such as demanding
an FBI investigation.
Well, the FBI does not
investigate sex crimes,
and does not waste time
on 36 year-old events where
the only eyewitness denies
the assault claim!
Democrat Feinstein could have
hired private investigators to
dig up more details,
if any were available,
over a two-month period,
and paid the investigators
with Senate funds.
Apparently Feinstein
didn't want to investigate.
A real crime victim would want
to talk to Congress immediately,
with no demands ... except ...
perhaps asking for a closed door
private meeting, with no cameras.
Ford was offered public or
private Senate testimony,
and even the option to talk
with Senate investigators
at any location in California.
Ford has been making
ever-changing demands,
as if the goal is to make
Republicans say no,
or to avoid testimony
under oath, which would
put her at risk for
a perjury charge.
The ever-changing demands
included some she must
know will never be granted,
such as Judge Kavanaugh
not being present while she
is being questioned, and
that he talks first,
and that she not be
placed under oath,
and that no attorneys
be allowed to question her.
All those "demands"
are contradictory to
American values, and
disgraceful requests
from Ford:
All Americans have the right
to face their accusers in court
(a Senate hearing is a substitute),
and hear the specific claims
under oath,
while being allowed
to watch the body language,
and then to cross examine
the person(s) making the claims,
or allowing their lawyer to do so.

Kavanaugh passed six FBI
investigations during his life,
and no one else ever even
suggested he had a pattern
of not treating women well.
It would be extremely rare for
a man whose character allowed
him to abuse or dominate women
as a teenager, to do that
only one time in his life,
and never again
in the next 36 years!
It is extremely common
for such men to have
a lifelong pattern of abuse
or domination of women
-- certainly there would not be
65 women from the past,
organized in a mere two days,
defending such a person !
It is my strong opinion that
Christine Ford is lying about,
or exaggerating, what happened
when she was drunk near age 15,
at a party, with no adults present.
And if Judge Kavanaugh
actually did what was claimed
at age 17, and then
he had good behavior
for the next 36 years,
I would still have
the same recommendation:
Judge Kavanaugh
should be confirmed
for Supreme Court Justice,
as soon as possible.
PS:
Girls who get drunk near age 15,
which is already a serious mistake,
and are then molested by boys,
must report the crime to adults,
preferably parents, or the police,
as soon as possible.
At the very least,
female crime victims
must tell
their girl friends,
to warn them
about the boy,
and have those girls
as witnesses,
if there is ever a report
to parents, or authorities!
Crime victims
who remain silent
are promoting
more crime,
and more victims,
which is doing
a huge disservice
for our society.
Yes, it is embarrassing
to be a crime victim,
whether you had your
unlocked bicycle stolen,
which happened to me
as a young man,
as a young man,
or were assaulted and robbed,
or punched in the nose
and knocked down

by some bully at school,
or date raped by an acquaintance,

Do not promote more crime
by remaining silent after
being a crime victim.
The longer you wait
to report a crime,
