Does President Trump continue the pattern of all presidents being worse than the prior president, since Eisenhower ?

Eight years of President G.W. Bush, and a war with Iraq, who had nothing to do with the 9/11 attack, gave us Democrats -- Obama and both houses of Congress controlled by Democrats !

Eight years of President Obama, with the slowest economic growth rate of any president, despite the advantage of starting his first term near the trough of a recession he didn't cause, gave us Republicans -- Trump and both houses of Congress controlled by Republicans !

Four years of Trump, with a virus he did not cause, gave us Democrats -- Biden and both houses of Congress controlled by Democrats.

When you look back at the Trump Administration accomplishments, which I did in two long articles in my former newsletter, ECONOMIC LOGIC, the results were good in the first two years, then mediocre, especially after COVID-19 hit.

In early 2020, many state governors decided to become dictators, and overreacted with bizarre (state) unconstitutional rules. It was legal to eat a meal six inches from a stranger sitting in an airplane. It was illegal to eat a meal sitting less than six feet from strangers at the next table inside a restaurant. Sometimes eating in a restaurant was illegal under any circumstances.

The 2020  election had much more evidence of illegal votes than any prior presidential election. The fact that Biden barely campaigned, and had no charisma, made me suspicious. The fact that Republicans won so many elections around the nation, except Trump, made me more suspicious. The fact that Trump won 18 of 19 bellwether counties, yet "lost", is very suspicious.

The fact that Biden's best performance was after midnight on election day, in four Democrat cities, in four swing states, is very suspicious too. Especially when three of the cities had six figure strongly pro-Biden 'vote dumps' after midnight of Election Day, with no Republican ballot counting watchers allowed to observe in two of the three cities. Those vote dumps put Biden ahead. They still have not been explained.

Poll watchers also claimed in affidavits to have seen unfolded (illegal) absentee ballots, that appeared to be marked by machines (illegal), and those were never explained.

Not one state legislature was willing to challenge (state) unconstitutional changes to voting rules made by state courts, or the state executive branch, without the required approval of the legislature.

The time available to prove election fraud after an election is too short. I said that here many times. On December 16, the state electors had been certified, and their votes were sent to Washington -- Biden would be the next president. It was possible for new evidence of voting fraud to be found before January 6, 2021, and cause a state, or two, to decertify their electors. But that didn't happen.

So on January 6, 2021 (yesterday) there was only going to be the formality of "counting" the electors' votes from December 16, 2020.

Congressmen or women could object to some electors, and give speeches, but had no power to override any state electors. January 6, 2020 was too late to have a Trump rally to protest election fraud. Any rallies on that subject should have been at state capitols, BEFORE December 16, 2020, when they might have done some good.

So a rally in Washington, DC, on January 6, 2021, served no purpose, even if everything went well.  Trump had insufficient proof for his claim that he "won" the election, if only legal votes were counted. Trump and others making that claim worked up some people in the crowd. Trump's claim may be true, but without sufficient proof, it should never have been stated as a fact.

The serious problem of voter fraud, encouraged by the huge percentage of absentee ballots, morphed into a Washington DC riot that will hurt Republicans in the 2022 elections. Trump's career in politics is finished. Mike Pence's career in politics is probably finished, and he did not do anything wrong.

Most important is that Trump left us with a government full of far-left Democrats, including a new president who is too old for the job, to be kind. And because of that, Trump is even worse than Obama !

In my opinion, Trump continues the trend of all presidents being worse than the prior president, since Eisenhower. Some people may call that a pessimistic point of view. I believe it is a realistic libertarian point of view.

The government will continue to expand its power, and our freedoms will continue to shrink. I am especially worried about the right of free speech under Democrats.
