I know Biden family criminal activity, as described in about six articles on this blog, going back to summer 2019, was covered up before the election. The criminal activity, some of which Joe Biden actually bragged about on a 2018 video, resulted in me voting for Trump -- my first vote for a Republican since 1980 -- 40 years ago -- I normally favor libertarian candidates.
An
eligible, registered voter can only cast a valid vote in the manner
defined by state election laws, including voting on time. Every vote
does not count. That claim promotes election fraud. Every LEGAL vote
counts.
The election fraud in 2020 was so large it's more likely
than not, that Trump would have been reelected with only legal votes
counte. That is not my speculation. But it assumes illegal changes to
state election laws will be reversed by the U.S. Supreme Court. If the
fraud had favored Trump, and he had won the election, I am confident the
fraud would be found ,and electoral votes would change. Democrats seem
to have a 'get out of jail free" card in Washington, DC.
Democrat
fraud against Trump befgan in early 2016, with secret unjustified
investigations of candidate Trump by the Obama CIA and FBI. Then the
fake Russian Collusion charge was invented by Hillary Clinton in summer
2016, followed by the fake "Trump Rissia dossier".
The
unjustified 22 month Mueller Investigation started with no evidence of
Russian collusion, and ended with no evidence of Russian collusion. The
Mueller team knew before the 2018 election they had no evidence of
collusion, but kept quiet to help the Democrat party. It was a team of a
ll Democrats, with "Republican" Mueller so far "out of the loop" that
he did not even know what was in "his" report.
The evidence of election fraud so far:
Extended voting beyond 8pm election day legal limits (PA)
Failure to segregate late versus timely ballots (PA)
Failure to check identifying marks on ballots (PA, GA, MI, NV)
Obstructing Republican election observers (many cities)
Blocking windows to prevent observation (Detroit)
There are now 131 affidavits in Michigan including people willing to swear, risking a perjury charge if they lie, that hey were told to backdate ballots. An illegal activity.
Middle of the night dumps of nearly 100% Biden votes (WI 65K, MI 138,499).
Ballots are not normally segregated by candidate. So if 65,000 ballots
with Biden selected arrive at once, with zero Trump votes, the odds are
over 200,000:1 against this being real. Michigan's 138,499 vote dump
is similarly suspect.
Large number of Biden ballots with ONLY a presidential vote (about 500,000 -- about 10 times more often than Trump ballots)
Voting precincts with more votes than registered voters (WI)
Las Vegas letter-carriers supplying ballots to fraudsters,
Detroit and Philadelphia refusing to allow Republican ballot counting watchers in
the ballot counting building, or close enough to see anything. In Pennsylvania, 682,000 ballots were counted that no Republicans were allowed to watch, which is illegal.
Wisconsin election clerks were told to modify mail-in ballots and fill
in the blanks where witnesses left out critical information.
For
Bush v. Gore in 2000, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that there have to
be firm standards to evaluate votes. Subjective rules don't work. This
was based on the 14th Amendment Equal Protection clause, which gave us
the "One Man, One Vote" rule in Reynolds v. Sims (1964). The Florida
legislature then declared George W. Bush the winner of Florida's
electoral votes.
From Article II, section 1 of the Constitution.
"Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof
may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators
and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress."
That means the legislature of each state determines the outcome of the
presidential election in that state. The governor, secretary of state,
and state Supreme Court have no authority.
Pennsylvania law
states that the election ends at 8 pm on Election Day. Absentee ballots
must arrive on time, and require a postmark and a signature. Democrat
governor Tom Wolf couldn't convince the PA legislature to change the
law. The Democrat secretary of the commonwealth sued to allow an
extension of time to receive ballots.
The Pennsylvania Supreme
Court unlawfully asserted its own authority and granted the extension.
The judges also reversed the burden of proof of ballot validity from the
statute. The PA Court should have said it doesn't have the authority to
hear the case. Instead, a group of leftist judges ruled contrary to PA
law.
The Pennsylvania Legislature could follow the Florida
example in 2000 and declare President Trump the winner of all the PA
electoral votes. Georgia, North Carolina, Wisconsin, and Arizona all
have Republican majorities in both houses of their legislatures and have
the right to meet on their own initiative, vote, and declare Trump the
winner.
When only official Republican observers are kept away
from the ballot counters, as in Detroit and Philadelphia, that is prima
facie evidence of criminal intent. A court is allowed to use that action
against the offending party.
Failure to keep late ballots
segregated from timely ballots falls under "spoliation of evidence."
The evidence is a postmark and signature on an envelope with a matching
ballot inside. If a ballot gets separated from the signed, dated
envelope, then evidence has been destroyed. The entire vote in
Pennsylvania is so contaminated that no electoral votes from PA should
be allowed. But state legislatures lack the will to act, so the legal
challenges will go to the U.S. Supreme Court.
U.S.
Supreme Court Justice Alito opinion was to segregate the after election
night 8:00pm illegal votes for a reason. Four justices already said
the Pennsylvania Supreme Court can't change PA voting rules. The new
Justice, Amy Barrett, says she is there to apply the rules in the
Constitution. That would be five votes against the Pennsylvania Supreme
Court.
The U.S. Supreme Court should say the vote in
Pennsylvania is so contaminated that PA can't send electors to vote for
Biden (or Trump).
Joe Biden is at 290 electoral votes per the Associated Press (lower counts from other organizations).
Pennsylvania has 20 electoral votes. Remove the after 8:00pm PA ballots, and Biden loses
Pennsylvania. Then Biden would be at 270. If there are not 270 electors
who vote for a single candidate, the election goes to the House. In
the House, the Constitution's one-vote-per-state rule will re-elect
President Trump.
Michigan 'glitches' in the voting machines:
Six thousand votes for Trump were given to Biden in one of 47 counties
where that software is used. About 150,000 votes in Biden's favor right
now. 130,000 Biden votes mysteriously showed up in the middle of the
night after Election Day.
Boggers going through swing data are finding "voters" born before the 20th century.
The
Republican Party in Nevada is arguing that thousands of votes in the
close presidential election were cast by workers who moved out of the
state or even by 'dead people'. Voters reported their deceased relatives
receiving live ballots in the mail. Now, the Nevada Republican Party
has sent a criminal referral to the Justice Department alleging at least
3,062 instances of voter fraud in the battleground state.
The
system established in Clark County may make it difficult to find
election law violations due to how the tabulation was handled and the
records preserved. Many other states relied on notoriously outdated
voter lists and applied lax standards for confirming the identity of
voters for mail-in ballots. In Nevada, many workers moved out of the
state due to the pandemic’s impact on the casino industry. You can't
vote legally in Nevada if you moved out of the state over 30 days prior
to the election. The reliance on questionable voter lists and the lack
of authentication systems in Nevada were raised months ago.
If a
court believes that thousands of unlawful votes were caste, but the
ultimate number is unknown, they should order a special election. That
would be the right decision, and fair. But being fair is not popular
among Democrats. And too many Republicans are cowards.
