The Mueller Investigation
has always been
an investigation
in search of a crime,
rather than
an investigation
of a crime.
From the beginning, I wrote here
that Mueller should not have been
appointed, and after he was appointed,
I wrote that Trump should fire him.
If the FBI was competent enough
to investigate Hillary Clinton,
then they were competent enough
to investigate Trump too.
Robert Mueller,
despite helping squash
a G. W. Bush-era
money-laundering probe,
lying about the Iraq War,
and flubbing the post-9/11
anthrax investigation,
has been resurrected
to find collusion
with Russia,
or with WikiLeaks.
Mueller hasn’t
found a crime
connected to Russia,
that someone
working for Trump
might have committed.
His investigation
to date
has been a search
for any crime.
He uncovered old financial
mis-dealings by Manafort,
and his associates,
and two payoffs
to Trump’s mistresses,
that are perfectly legal,
because Trump paid them
with his own money.
There was no base crime
as the starting point
of the Mueller investigation.
With Watergate, there was
the break-in at Democratic
National Headquarters.
"RussiaGate"
was an
imagined "crime:
Trump won
the 2016 election,
which stunned
Dumb-ocrats,
who then assumed
the surprise victory
must have
involved a crime
of some sort !
Mueller hired
only Dumb-o-crats
for his team,
showing a huge bias,
and did get convictions
for several people
merely for
mis-remembering
details about
non-criminal acts,
( George Papadopoulos, and
General Michael Flynn )
which anyone could do
inadvertently.
( aka: "A Perjury Trap" )
"RussiaGate" started
when Dumb-o-crats
falsely claimed
hackers linked to the
Russian government,
stole emails from the
Democratic National
Committee (DNC)
in 2016.
No details
have been released.
WikiLeaks stated
the DNC eMails
were handed to them
on a flash drive,
and not hacked.
No U.S. law
enforcement agency
has ever seen
the DNC server,
or the scene of
the alleged crime.
Mueller’s
dramatic indictments,
of the alleged hackers,
released as Trump
was meeting with Putin
in Helsinki,
will never be heard again,
or challenged in court,
because none
of his defendants
will ever leave Russia.
The original story,
that Trump is
beholden to Putin,
for favors granted,
or via blackmail,
is based on false
opposition research,
purchased by
the Democrats,
and written by a
former British spy,
Christopher Steele:
The salacious
"Steele Dossier".
Almost everything
Mueller has, such as
the perjury cases,
are new crimes
he created,
or old crimes
he discovered,
through the process
of investigating.
Mueller created
several charges
by asking questions
he already knew
the answers to.
Mueller has
no evidence
Trump worked
with Russia
to win
the election,
or that Trump
is now under
Putin’s control.
Mueller will
dump a pile of
legal ambiguity
into the lap of the
Democrat-controlled
House of Representatives
in early 2019,
who will hold hearings
until the 2020 election,
or maybe forever !

the penalty
would be a fine,
not prison time.
Cohen first lied out of
self-interest for Trump,
and later was willing to lie
by testifying against Trump,
to cut his own prison time.
Cohen's failed negotiations
to build a Trump Hotel in Moscow,
went on a few months longer
than he originally stated.

NOT just the

declaring:
“Cohen was
communicating directly
with the Kremlin”
