"White House doctor is hiding Joe Biden’s brain drain", by Miranda Devine

 Source:

"President Biden went for a colonoscopy Friday and his doctor pronounced his brain is fine.

So now he and his inner sanctum have let it be known he plans to run again in 2024, when he would be 82.

No one really believes any of it.

For one thing, where is his cognitive test?

That’s the question increasingly on American minds.

It’s clear, from his often bizarre or befuddled behavior, that something is not quite right with the president, which is why 59 percent of voters want him to take a cognitive test and release the results, according to a new McLaughlin & Associates survey published in the Washington Examiner.

But the six-page letter released by the White House Friday night, revealing the results of his first official physical, omitted any reference to Biden’s cognitive faculties.

We got a lot of detail about things we could have done without from White House physician Kevin O’Connor.

A polyp, for instance, was excised from the presidential colon.

President Joe Biden's doctor did not give the whole story on his cognitive health after a recent appointment.

Biden doesn’t have Parkinson’s disease or multiple sclerosis, O’Connor concluded from an “extremely detailed neurologic exam,” which was “reassuring.”

He did raise concerns about Biden’s “ambulatory gait” — the way he walks, or more accurately, shuffles.

“The President’s gait appears to be perceptibly stiffer and less fluid than it has been in the past,” he said.

O’Connor speculates that the change may be related to Biden breaking a foot last year tripping on a mat when he got out of a shower while pulling his dog’s tail, supposedly.

He concludes the cause is just osteoarthritis in Biden’s spine.

Gait disorders, particularly stiffer, shortened, more asymmetric strides, such as we see with Biden, often are linked to dementia,

which is why Dr. Marc Siegel, a clinical professor of medicine at NYU Langone Medical Center, told Fox News he is concerned O’Connor’s report left out crucial information.

“I don’t like that they ascribe his gait issues to a broken foot …

This is not a fully characterized neurological assessment of somebody with a gait problem, and I want to know why.”

Siegel says other tests needed to be done “to rule out things that … can be associated with cognitive changes like mental status, like dementia.”

For the 85 minutes that he was under anesthesia, Vice President Kamala Harris assumed the powers of the commander-in-chief, but if voters have anything to do with it, it’s the closest she’ll come to the top job.

The Cackler’s poll numbers have sunk even lower than Biden’s — just 28 percent approval in the latest USA Today-Suffolk University poll, a full 10 points below Biden’s abysmal 38 percent.

That same poll found that the No. 1 item on the wish list voters have for Biden in the next year is for him to resign or retire.

As Harris, his one-time heir apparent, offers cringe-inducing interviews and vacuous speeches, leaks have begun about discord in her office and friction with the White House that are designed to damage her further.

Needless to say, Democratic strategists are panicking,

That’s why the Washington Post claimed over the weekend that the president “and members of his inner circle have reassured allies in recent days that he plans to run for reelection in 2024.”

Why would anyone be “reassured” that a 79-year-old, cognitively lethargic candidate, whose poll ratings are down the drain, wants to run again?

The answer is ABK (Anyone But Kamala) is preferable, and for the moment, that means Biden has to remain as notional place holder.

The ruse has done nothing to stop the ambitious jockeying of the honey-voiced secretary of transportation, Pete Buttigieg.

A big clue that he is the favored contender is the sudden avalanche of hagiographical material, including a new Amazon documentary, “Mayor Pete,” that charts his 2020 presidential bid.

“He’s not only the first openly gay presidential candidate, he’s also a newlywed,” is the opening gush.

It doesn’t matter to Beltway media that Buttigieg was AWOL in the middle of the supply chain crisis.

In the most crucial test of his portfolio, he took two months’ paternity leave to help care for two surrogate babies he and his husband chose to adopt at that time.

But he seems to be a Biden favorite.

When pardoning a pair of turkeys named Peanut Butter and Jelly on Friday, Biden gratuitously mentioned the absent Buttigieg:
“I’m sorry for Pete and Chasten,” he quipped. “Peanut Butter and Jelly are now the new Indiana power couple.”

Buttigieg then tweeted a father-son picture of himself with Biden’s arm around his shoulder:
“Grateful to serve under your leadership”

In another photo, a smiling Barack Obama rests an arm on Buttigieg’s shoulder at the recent climate fest in Scotland.

The diminutive Midwesterner is using his growing media presence to take up the cause of “racist” roads and bridges in an effort to burnish his credentials with black activists.

On Sunday, as he prepared to embark on a self-promotional tour of the nation under the guise of the so-called infrastructure plan, he was asked by NBC’s “Meet the Press” why his name seems to appear in every article about Harris’ woes.

“Has it at all impacted your relationship with the vice president that it seems as if there’s this narrative of a rivalry developing between the two of you?”

Oh, no, Buttigieg replied smoothly, “We’re too busy … to get caught up in the parlor games.”

That sound you can hear is the grinding of teeth in the Naval Observatory.
CNN-loving Rittenhouse lawyer deluded by Dem ‘cult’

Kyle Rittenhouse’s defense attorney Mark Richards rejected invitations to appear on Fox after the verdict and instead went on CNN for his first interview with Chris Cuomo, where he divulged that he is an MSNBC and CNN viewer.

“I’m not a Fox guy,” he said.

Fine.

Rittenhouse had trouble getting decent legal representation because of the media intimidation of everyone involved in the story, so it says a lot for Richards that he took on such a radioactive case.

Kyle Rittenhouse’s defense attorney Mark Richards revealed that he is a viewer of CNN and MSNBC in a recent interview despite their coverage of the trial.

But you would think, with all the rancid lies that MSNBC and CNN have told about his client, and still tell, that he would wake up to the reality that these media organs are just propaganda arms of the left.

Even if he is a Democrat who loves Chris Cuomo, you would think he might have been red-pilled by the fact that blue-state governors, mayors and members of Congress, not to mention the president and vice president, lined up to express dismay at the jury verdict and claim nonsensically it was a victory for white supremacy or inequity.

What hope is there for regular Americans to wake up to the lies if Richards, of all people, is still an MSNBC/CNN devotee?

It just shows that Dems are in a cult."
