The mysterious Dominion vote counting software and America's broken election system

The election was going Trump’s way until vote counts suddenly "stopped" in the middle of the night after the November 3, 2020 Election Day. Trump was ahead then.

On Thursday:
The main Dominion office in Toronto closed along with the Dominion office in Denver. Hundreds of Dominion employees have deleted their LinkedIn accounts and other social media profiles. Dominion representatives didn’t show up for an oversight hearing of the Pennsylvania Assembly at which they were scheduled to appear. The actions of a company that has nothing to hide?

America's Election System is broken.
Four solutions:

1. NO  MORE  EARLY  VOTING
Since 1992. Gives people months to vote while ballots sit around waiting to be counted. Who is watching them?  If you aren’t going to be in town, or have a physical disability, you specifically request an absentee ballot sent to your home or apartment.

2. NO  MAIL-IN  BALLOTS  SENT  OUT  THAT  NO  ONE  REQUESTED

People reported being given one ballot in their married name and one ballot in their maiden name. Some people reported getting ballots for other people who used to live at their address. They could sign them and send them in and they would be counted. No one is verifying who received all these ballots.

3. VOTER  IDENTIFICATION
Democrat falsely claim making people show an ID to vote is somehow “disenfranchisement.”  So, Is making a person show an ID to buy beer “beer disenfranchisement?

4. COUNT  VOTES  WITHOUT  STOPPING
A presidential election only happens once every four years and we have managed to count votes in one night (except once before, for Bush v. Gore, only in Florida in 2000). Use two shifts or counters if necessary. And the count should never start  without representatives from both parties observing CLOSELY the whole time.

In January 2020, the CEOs of the three companies that produce over 80 percent of voting machines in the U.S. – Election Systems & Software (ES&S), Dominion Voting Systems and Hart InterCivic – were grilled by members of Congress over the question of security at the ballot box.

The little known President Trump
September 12, 2018 State of Emergency

An executive order on September 12, 2018 is titled “Executive Order on Imposing Certain Sanctions in the Event of Foreign Interference in a United States Election.”

The 2020 election was conducted under this state of emergency: In the EO, the President states that people and organizations located, in part, outside the United States are known to be able to, “interfere in or undermine public confidence in United States elections, including through the unauthorized accessing of election and campaign infrastructure or the covert distribution of propaganda and disinformation.”

This foreign interference in U.S. elections, “constitutes an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security and foreign policy of the United States.”

Dominion Voting Systems is a Canadian company.  And Scytl voting systems is run out of Spain.  Which makes both Dominion and Scytl a “foreign interference issue.” Both represent “foreign interference” in US elections… with Dominion data routed through servers in Germany.

Votes cast by Americans were counted by a bankrupt Spanish company Scytl in Spain. Like Dominion, Scytl has a long history of election fraud in various nations, including injecting backdoors in its election software.

Trump’s 2018 executive order gives the Department of Justice the power to seize all assets of individuals and companies that have, “directly or indirectly engaged in, sponsored, concealed, or otherwise been complicit in foreign interference in a United States election.”    In Section 8, the order explains “person” also means, “a partnership, association, trust, joint venture, corporation, group, subgroup, or other organization.”

…the term “election infrastructure” means information and communications technology and systems used by or on behalf of the Federal Government or a State or local government in managing the election process, including voter registration databases, voting machines, voting tabulation equipment, and equipment for the secure transmission of election results.

“foreign interference" means:  " …any covert, fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful actions or attempted actions of a foreign government, or of any person acting as an agent of or on behalf of a foreign government, undertaken with the purpose or effect of influencing, undermining confidence in, or altering the result or reported result of, the election, or undermining public confidence in election processes or institutions."

Trump attorney Sidney Powell describes “staggering statistical evidence” and “staggering witness testimony” about the criminal election fraud that was carried out across America.

Representative Louis Gohmert (R-TX) claims the US military has just conducted a raid on the server farm of the now-bankrupt Scytl company in Barcelona, Spain.  The server may provide direct evidence of who gave the direction to stop counting, in some cities, and who initiated any algorithm that started switching votes.

Even if this charge is true, nothing will happen without convincing evidence presented within four to five weeks after the election. That's very little time for investigation. And U.S. state “certification” of the fraudulent votes is just theater.

Ms. Mellissa Carone was a contracted worker for Dominion, a company providing software services for ballot counting machines in Detroit. She was sent to Detroit, Michigan, to provide technical support for the ballot counting process.  While she was there she noted poll workers repeatedly double scanning ballots to generate multiple votes from the same batch of ballot sheets.  When she reported this to her employer, Mr. Nick Ikonomakis of Dominion, Carone was told it was not her role to  review what the poll workers are doing; essentially to ignore it.  Ms. Carone also witnessed election workers filling out ballots, fraudulently signing ballots, as well as the unloading of vans in an area of the Detroit election tabulation facility she was not permitted to inspect. Ms Carone was on Fox Business with Lou Dobbs to explain part of what she witnessed.

Rudy Giuliani claims100,000 ballots were brought into a ballot center in Michigan to “catch up with Trump.” This is coming from a sworn affidavit from an eyewitness, one of hundreds who will soon be presented to the courts. Giuliani has built a good reputation over his lifetime and I strongly doubt he would ruin in by making this up.

TRUMP'S  BOMBSHELL  CLAIM:
Dominion software deleted over 2.8 million Trump votes nationwide, switched over 512,000 from Trump to Biden. The claim is detailed in the chart below:

The claim is that Dominion Voting Systems voting machine software machines is riddled with backdoor methods for remote access users who can alter votes and change the outcome of entire elections.

“In Antrim County ( Michigan ) ballots were counted for Democrats that were meant for Republicans, causing a 6,000 vote swing against our candidates,” Michigan Republican Party Chairwoman Laura Cox said at a press conference Nov. 6. “The county clerk came forward and said, ‘tabulating software "glitched" and caused a miscalculation of the votes.’”

It was reported that thousands of votes in one Michigan country intended for Donald Trump went to his challenger, Joe Biden. According to Michigan state government website, “ ... erroneous reporting of unofficial results … was a result of accidental error on the part of the Antrim County Clerk (who) accidentally did not update the software used to collect voting machine data and report unofficial results.”

A Denver-based Canadian Crown Agent company Dominion Voting Systems has a long history of allegation of election rigging and interference in elections of various nations, including census data theft in India and claimed interference in U.S. Elections of 2020.

Dominion systems were also used in other battleground states: Nevada, Arizona, Minnesota, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin — all of which went for or are leaning towards Biden.  Dominion systems have been rejected three times by Texas election officials because they could not meet basic cyber security requirements (their report at the end of this article)..

Presidential lawyer Rudy Giuliani announced Wednesday that whistleblowers from Dominion are coming forward to give sworn statements on how the systems were compromised.

Another state that relies heavily on Dominion Voting Systems is Georgia, which received 30,000 ($107 million) new voting machines last year – "the largest rollout of elections equipment in U.S. history,” according to the Government Technology newsletter.

Thursday night Dominion Voting Systems abruptly backed out of attending a fact-finding hearing that was set for Friday morning with the Pennsylvania House State Government Committee. At a press conference Friday morning, State Government Committee Chair Seth Grove said the 1.3. million Pennsylvanians who used Dominion’s voting machines have been “hung out to dry and slapped in their faces.”

Grove blasted the company for “retreating into the darkness,” rather than appearing at the hearing with “honesty and integrity.” ... “After weeks of accusations, why has Dominion Voting Systems not released any analysis of the success of its voting machines to the public in order to stop their accusers in their tracks? If they have nothing to hide, why are they hiding from us?” he asked.

That non-event on Thursday

The State of Texas
Ruth R. Hughs Secretary of State
REPORT OF REVIEW OF DOMINION VOTING SYSTEMS DEMOCRACY
SUITE 5.5-A

PRELIMINARY STATEMENT
On October 2-3, 2019, Dominion Voting Systems ("Dominion" or the "Vendor") presented the Democracy Suite 5.5-A system for examination and certification. The examination was conducted in Austin, Texas. Pursuant to Sections 122.035(a) and (b) of the Texas Election Code, the Secretary of State appointed the following examiners:

Mr. Tom Watson, an expert in electronic data communication systems;
Mr. Brian Mechler, an expert in electronic data communication systems; Mr. Brandon Hurley, an expert in election law and procedure; and
Mr. Charles Pinney, an expert in election law and procedure.

Pursuant to Section 122.035(a), the Texas Attorney General appointed the following examiners:

1.    Dr. Jim Sneeringer, an expert in electronic data communication systems; and

2.    Mr. Ryan Vassar, an employee of the Texas Attorney General.

On October 2, 2019, Mr. Pinney, Mr. Mechler, and Dr. Sneeringer witnessed the installation of the Democracy Suite 5.5-A software and firmware that the Office of the Texas Secretary of State (the "Office") received directly from the Independent Testing Authority. The next day, Mr. Pinney examined the accessibility components ofthe ImageCast X Ballot Marking Device.

On October 3, 2019, the Vendor demonstrated the Democracy Suite 5.5-A system and answered questions presented by the examiners. Test ballots were then processed on each voting device. The results were accumulated and later verified for accuracy by staff of the Secretary of State.

Examiner reports regarding the Democracy Suite 5.5-A system are attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
On December 27, 2019, pursuant to Section 122.0371 of the Texas Election Code, the Office held a public hearing for interested persons to express views for or against the certification ofthe Democracy Suite 5.5-A system.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DEMOCRACY SUITE 5.5-A
The Democracy Suite 5.5-A system is an updated version of the Democracy Suite 5.5 system, which was denied certification by the Office on June 20, 2019. The Democracy Suite 5.5-A system includes certain software and hardware updates to the Suite 5.5 version.  Democracy Suite 5.5-A has been evaluated at an accredited independent voting system laboratory for conformance to the 2005 Voluntary Voting System Guidelines (VVSG). Democracy Suite 5.5-A was certified by the Election Assistance Commission (EAC) on January 30, 2019.

The components of Democracy Suite 5.5-A are as follows:
Component
EMS - Election Management System
ADJ - Adjudication
ICC - ImageCast Central
ICX - ImageCast X BMD
ICP - ImageCast Precinct

Election Management System
Central scanner
Ballot marking device
Precinct scanner

FINDINGS
The following are the findings, based on written evidence submitted by the Vendor in support of its application for certification, oral evidence presented at the examination, and the findings of the voting system examiners as set out in their written reports.  The examiner reports identified multiple hardware and software issues that preclude the Office of the Texas Secretary of State from determining that the Democracy Suite 5.5-A system satisfies each of the voting-system requirements set forth in the Texas Election Code.

Specifically, the examiner reports raise concerns about whether the Democracy Suite 5.5-A system is suitable for its intended purpose; operates efficiently and accurately; and is safe from fraudulent or unauthorized manipulation. Therefore, the Democracy Suite 5.5-A system and corresponding hardware devices do not meet the standards for certification prescribed by Section 122.001 ofthe Texas Election Code.

CONCLUSION
Accordingly, based upon the foregoing, I hereby deny certification of Dominion Voting Systems' Democracy Suite 5.5-A system for use in Texas elections.

Signed under my hand and seal of office, this day of 2020.
TEXAS  DEPUTY  SECRETARY  OF STATE"
