Rudi Giuliani claims Pennsylvania issued a little over 1.7 million postal ballots, but somehow managed to count and record more than 2.5 million ... and showed that 2.5 million number on the State website !
Some voting districts in Democrat controlled cities received up to three times as many votes as there were registered voters.
