I have great respect for attorney Sidney Powell, and I do not think she would risk her reputation by making false allegations about massive computer vote counting fraud hurting Trump's vote count in 2020.
Proving the allegations in court is another story. In my home state of Michigan, let's say Biden won by 150,000 votes, and you could prove, with little doubt, that 75,000 were fraud, and should not be counted. So what? Biden still wins the Michigan electoral votes.
There needs to be enough evidence of fraud to convince State Legislators in MI, GA, WI and PA that the vote in their state should be set aside. Perhaps holding a second election in that state. Or refusing to appoint electors for that state.
There have been lots of lawsuits. What is needed are forensic computer audits. They have to find more than statistical anomalies. I have not yet heard about Rudi Giuliani's Trump legal team requesting the securing of evidence of vote tampering.
Bring on the nerds, such as statisticians, data analysts and computer forensic investigators. Lawyers are needed mainly to gain access to Board of Elections’ documents and records, tabulation machines’ software and logs, and the paper ballots. And this has to happen fast. After one month the election results are very unlikely to change. Right now Trump has too many lawyers "helping" -- lawyers move too slow.
It seems impossible to identify enough specific cases of fraudulent voting to overturn any state results. Trump's legal team needs access to computer systems and their data. Then they must try convince a Supreme Court (SCOTUS) Justice to act on their behalf.
Each SCOTUS Justice serves as a “Circuit Justice”, who issue stays and orders in that Circuit, pending review. Justice Alito (Circuit Justice for the 3rd District) ordered the segregation of post-Election Day ballots in Pennsylvania. Trump’s lawyers should appeal to the SCOTUS Justic who supervises every contested state:
Justice Alito (3rd Circuit) for Pennsylvania
Justice Thomas (11th Circuit) for Georgia
Justice Kavanaugh (7th Circuit) for Wisconsin.
Justice Sotomayor (6th Circuit) for Michigan
(probably a lost cause -- Democrat appointed
Justices will never hurt fellow Democrats)
There were too many statistical anomalies in some Democrat-run counties. Also, unexplained vote count stoppages on election night, incredible voter turnout percentages in some wards, deceased residents voting, too many votes from people over age 90, obstruction or ejection of Republican observers from urban vote counting centers, witness accounts of ballot boxes delivered in the middle of the night, large numbers of ballots with just the Presidential race, or just the Presidential and Senatorial race marked, and hundreds of sworn affidavits of election fraud by witnesses.
An order by a SCOTUS Justice would allow Attorney General Bill Barr to send U.S. Marshals and FBI agents to impound and secure election computers and data in that state, or in a specific city in that state. This has to happen fast -- it may already be too late.
