I started this blog
in Spring 2016,
and expected it to end
after the 2016 election
... but the
"election circus"
has not yet stopped.
It may be getting worse
with THE MEMO, and
the crazy Democrats
claiming our nation
would be ruined if
the information in
THE MEMO was
ever exposed to
the public.
Democrats have been
losing power since
their peak in
January 2009,
like no other party
in the history
of our nation,
and listening to
their hysterical
comments about
THE MEMO, is
strong evidence
they are still
in a downhill slide.
As a libertarian,
( and we did well
in the 2016 election,
in spite of a candidate
who was either
smoking pot,
before interviews, or
was not very bright! )
I don't want Republicans
controlling the government
any more than I wanted
Democrats in complete
control -- meaning 60 votes
in the Senate -- as the
Democrats had
from January 2009
to January 2011).
Bad things happen
when one party
controls the government,
such as ObamaCare,
of which I have been
a victim since
January 2014.
The purpose of this blog
was to expose lawbreaking
by politicians, and lies
to cover up that lawbreaking.
The lawbreaking
was done
by Hillary Clinton
destroying
all her eMail
electronic files,
after a subpoena
from Congress
to preserve them.
I mentioned here before
that Hillary Clinton
had obviously violated
the Records Act
and Freedom of
Information Act,
but our Congress,
in its usual stupidity,
wrote those laws
so a government employee
could avoid punishment
for breaking the laws
by merely quitting their
government job,
and never working
for the government again !
But Hillary did
commit espionage,
by taking all her
classified documents
off government computer
systems, and I have
little doubt they were
hacked by someone.
The problem with
prosecuting Hillary
was that she
sent / received
eMails to / from
her non state.gov
eMail address,
using her own name,
to / from
president Obama,
also using
a non dot.gov
eMail address,
and an easy
to figure out
moniker!
Seems like
a lot of people in the
a lot of people in the
Obama administration
contacted each other,
when they wanted to,
without using
government computers
or government phones,
making a laughingstock
of Freedom of Information
Act requests !
So here's what I learned
from reading THE MEMO:
Around noon Friday 2/2/18
THE MEMO was released:
(the "FISA" memo
compiled by House
Intelligence Committee staff
and chairman Devin Nunes
(R-Calif.)
was declassified by
Trump's lawyer
Donald Gahn,
over the objection of the
DOJ (Department of Justice)
and the FBI.)
A key point that is the
"salacious and unverified"
(according to James Comey,
stated under oath)
Christopher Steele
"Trump Dossier",
for which he was
paid $160,000
from Hillary / the DNC,
was the main evidence
of the unjustified
wire tapping application,
and three 90-day renewals,
against Carter Page,
who broke no laws,
as far as I can tell,
nor has he ever been
charged with breaking
any laws.
Who is Carter Page?
He seems to be a
Trump volunteer
advisor who attended
either one meeting,
or none!

The Hillary Clinton / DNC
political origins
of the Steele dossier
were known to senior DOJ
and FBI officials,
but deliberately excluded
from the FISA applications.
DOJ officials knew Steele
was being paid by Democrats,
yet signed one warrant,
and three warrant renewals
against Carter Page
without mentioning that
very important fact.
DOJ official Bruce Ohr
was relayed information
about Christopher Steele's
very strong anti-Trump bias
also never mentioned
to the FISA judge.
Steele told Bruce Ohr (FBI)
that he was desperate
that Donald Trump
not get elected president,
and was passionate
about him not
becoming president.
The FBI and Justice Department
mounted a months-long effort
to keep the information
outlined in THE MEMO
out of the House Intelligence
Committee's hands,
which has oversight
responsibility, to control
the power of the
Executive branch
of our government.
Only the threat
of contempt charges,
and other forms of pressure,
forced the FBI and DOJ
to give up the material,
and who knows how much
they are still hiding?
The Intelligence Committee
leaders and staff compiled
some of that information
into THE MEMO.
The FBI and Justice Department,
supported by Capitol Hill Democrats,
mounted a ferocious campaign,
claiming release of THE MEMO
would endanger national security,
which is complete nonsense!
THE MEMO does not represent
everything House investigators
have learned in their review
of the FBI and DOJ's
Trump-Russia investigation,
and that is the problem.
The "Russia investigation"
has always been
a fishing expedition
(aka witch hunt),
because Trump
committed no crime,
nor has a specific crime
been named as the subject
of the "investigation",
by Robert Mueller,
even though
investigating
a specific crime
is supposed to be
the ONLY job
of a Special Counsel !
It is clear that
members of the
Obama Administration,
perhaps up to
one dozen people,
broke various laws
in a failed effort
to get Hillary Clinton
elected President,
like we were a
bamana republic,
and some of those
people should serve
time in prison for
breaking laws.
I believe there is far
more than just one
non-justified
FISA warrant on
Carter Page who
in 2012 or 2013
did some

consulting work
for the Russian
government, and
was questioned
by the FBI
at the time,

for doing
