After 38 years as a prosecutor,
Robert Mueller made himself
look like a fool
by describing extremely minor,
and ineffective, Russian meddling
in our election, as something really,
really big.
The Mueller indictment is a nothing-burger,
that will never have to be proven in court,
because the Russians will never come to
the US for a hearing, or a trial.
Russian meddling was so minor
it was nothing to worry about,
until Obama's national security team
falsely embellished some
juvenile internet trolling
into a mortal threat
to American democracy.
This trolling did not
impact the 2016 election.
Not even close!
Robert Mueller
apparently does not care
that Hillary Clinton bought
"opposition research",
from a foreigner,
Christopher Steele,
called the "Trump Dossier",
filled with "dirt" supplied to him
by Russian agents,
who are probably still laughing,
and some fed to Steele
from Hillary's own aides,
smarmy Sidney Blumenthal
and Cody Shearer.
The claims were never verified
by the FBI.
The "sources" claimed
by Christopher Steele
were never verified
by the FBI,
to see if they existed.
The Trump Dossier
was used to get an
unjustified FISA warrant
on minor Trump advisor
Carter Page -- whose non-crime
appeared to be making a speech
in Russia in summer 2016.
The current FBI Director
testified under oath
that no FISA warrant
would have been sought
against Carter Page
without the "Trump Dossier".
Democrats have repeatedly
ignored his testimony.
The FBI knew Hillary
and the DNC paid for
that Trump Dossier,
but deliberately hid
that fact from the FISA judge.
The Trump Dossier fiction was also used
to launch an unjustified FBI investigation
into the Trump campaign.
It has been one and one-half years into
the FBI, and then Mueller-led investigation,
with not one shred of evidence
of Russian collusion.
Even worse, collusion is not a crime,
so never justified an investigation !
The Mueller investigation
set a terrible precedent
for a non-specific witch hunt
led by government bureaucrats
in the FBI, and (Mueller) appointees
who were all Democrats.
on the attack against
a newly elected Republican:
There was no evidence
before starting the investigation:
Let's just start an investigation
because our smarmy candidate Hillary
claimed DNC computers were hacked
(no proof that was true),
... and the eMails embarrassed her,
so she immediately blamed Russians
(no proof that was true),
... and then she linked her opponent
to Russians.
(no proof that was true)!
There's no need to name a specific crime
as the subject of the investigation:
--- Let's keep looking
until we find something,
such as someone who doesn't
remember his exact words
from a phone conversation
two years earlier, that we
had recorded -- then we'll
charge him with lying to us !
Robert Mueller
found no collusion,
grossly exaggerated
Russian internet trolling,
and maybe he discovered
some tax evasion,
that had nothing to do
with the 2016 election.
It remains to be seen, in court,
if that tax evasion charge
was true.
Paul Manafort is innocent
until proven guilty.
