Klitschko later said three people were injured from the Russian missiles in Kyiv Thursday, including a 14-year-old.
Other cities attacked by Russia include Kharkiv, Odesa, and Lviv, Ukrainian official Anton Herashchenko wrote on Twitter Thursday. "Several regions without electricity - preventive shutdowns. Air defense hard at work. All in Ukraine advised to stay in shelters. Russia terrorizes civilians," Herashchenko added.
