And not because I'm a retired lazy bum.
My goal with three blogs is to share the best articles I read each day.
I spend about four hours reading. I could stop there. But in a nation
where censorship and leftist bias is so common in the social media and mass media, I decided
to do more. I decided to spend up to two hours a day posting the best
articles I had read, to share them with others. My skill is to deciding
which authors know what they are talking about. Because once I post an
article, it stays posted. I have followed that rule of thumb since I
launched my ECONOMIC LOGIC blog in 2008.
For this Election Circus blog, I often find one dozen good articles a day, or more. My goal is to post six of them. So dozens of decent articles got thrown away every week.
I've decided to stop deleting so many articles, by posting just the best paragraph from some of them, with a link to the full article. You can decide whether you want to read more. I tried that once before, and the feedback was positive.
The articles I liked the most will continue to be published in full. In the past too many decent articles never made it onto this blog because I had already posted enough for one day.
