Victim #1 was a 26-year-old woman, later identified by her family as Tashawnna Anderson, was shot in the chest. She was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital in critical condition but she was pronounced dead a short time later. Victim #2 is reportedly Tashawnna Anderson's 31-year-old sister, who sustained a gunshot wound to the left thigh. She was also taken to Northwestern Memorial where she was listed in good condition.
