Ye Editor present a Covid Rap, claims "Everyone Is Entitled To My Opinion"

and lame jokes!

The article is mainly baloney, but inspired my Covid rap.
("ranting and raving" according to leftists)

A portion of this story is below:
Fully Vaccinated and Boosted Healthcare Worker Catches COVID Twice Within 20 Days; Least Amount Of Time Between Infections On Record

... "A healthcare worker in Spain who is fully vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19 was reportedly infected by two different variants of the virus within a 20 day span of time, which is the least amount of time between COVID infections on record in the world. The worker, 31, was infected with the Delta variant in December 2021 and then again by the Omicron variant in January, according to reports by the BBC. The Spaniard initially tested positive via a PCR test, and while she initially did not display any symptoms, she began to develop a cough and fever less than three weeks afterwards, and a second test taken at that time confirmed that she had been infected a second time." ...  nonsense follows

MY  FRIDAY  COVID  RAP:
If a person tested positive for Covid with a PCR test and had no symptoms, then they were not sick. We have centuries of experience with the detection of respiratory diseases. There are symptoms. If you have no symptoms that day, or the next day, you are not "sick". Perhaps your immune system fought off some virus, and you felt "under the weather" for a day. That's not being sick, by my definition of "sick".

In the article, the positive PCR test with no symptoms was assumed to be the only proof needed that the patient was Covid infected. She had no symptoms for the next three weeks. So she was OBVIOUSLY not sick. Then she caught a common cold, probably Omicron. If she recovered in three to five days, Omicron is a likely suspect. If not quickly fought off by her immune system (the patient was young) the infection could have been another more serious respiratory disease, including Covid 19.

Omicron is a new coronavirus common cold. It has 30 spike protein mutations versus Delta Covid, not the one or two mutations of a typical Covid variant. Omicron has the same symptoms as any common cold. Omicron has the same very low infection fatality rate of any common cold.
To call Omicron a Covid variant is scaremongering. To call Omicron a new coronavirus family virus is honest. Even if Omicron developed as a mutation of Covid, or a variant formed in a patient simultaneously infected with Delta Covid and a coronavirus common cold.

Covid vaccines do not prevent Covid or Omicron infections or spread. Antibodies from your immune system defeating a prior, recent coronavirus infection probably have some positive effect in defending against a new Covid or Omicron infection. I wouldn't count on much protection. The best protection against Covid 19, Omicron, and any other respiratory disease is a healthy immune system. You can help you immune system, in my opinion, by adding food supplements to your diet as I do: Vitamin C, Vitamin D, zinc and quercetin. Also keep your stress levels down -- thinking of Omicron as a common cold -- BECAUSE IT IS ONE -- will help reduce stress.

Also consider that 99.8% of Americans under age 60 survived a real Covid infection. And virtually 100% will survive an Omicron common cold.

Unfortunately, a small minority of people respond very poorly to spike proteins. Whether naturally Covid infected, or from a Covid vaccine. While doctors might call this a harmful immune response, or an autoimmune disorder, those terms are meaningless to most people, so I din't use them in the past. I had used the term "allergy to spike proteins". "Allergy" is not technically accurate.

A very small number people who a Covid vaccine do have an immediate anaphylactic reaction. That is a traditional allergic reaction.  But other people -- far too many, it seems -- start out with the usual Covid symptoms, or the usual sore arm post-vaccine, but then they keep getting worse. I've called that "an allergy to spike proteins", but I will change my term to  "a serious, harmful immune response to spike proteins". The term used is less important than this problem: For a small minority of people, the spike proteins induced by the Covid vaccine may be just as deadly as the spike proteins from a natural Covid infection.

The bottom line:
The people most vulnerable to Covid AND Covid vaccines are those with TMB = too many birthdays. Whether the Covid vaccine is appropriate for people with "TMB" depends on full, honest analysis of Covid vaccine side effects. The quantity of serious short term side effects is unprecedented in the history of vaccines, and they most affect people with "TMB". The long term Covid vaccine adverse side effects are unknown. Therefore, the question of whether or not Covid vaccines benefit the elderly can not be answered, until we know all about short and long term adverse side effects. Any claim that we do know is baloney (a technical term).

Due Diligence:
The wife and I are unvaxxed, Covid free, and Omicron free. I've never had influenza, and my last cold was many years ago. My diet is not healthy, and I do not exercise, although I frequently jump to conclusions. i don't smoke or drink. I don't know what influenza feels like, but two friends who  had serious cases of Covid 19 in 2020 tell us it was very bad news for about three weeks. No hospitalization, and they survived.

The wife and I both add Vitamin C, Vitamin D, zinc and quercetin to our diets. I've taken Vit. C, Vit D. and zinc supplements for over 50 years. In December 2020, the wife and I decided a vaccine rushed to market in only 9 months, rather than the usual 5 to 15 years, was too risky. In a few months, it became obvious short term serious Covid vaccine adverse side effects were unbelievably high. We now know, based on CDC estimates, that all- cause US deaths in 2021, with vaccines, were higher than in 2020, with no Covid vaccines, Therefore, I declare the Covid vaccines to be a failure.
