This article, from yesterday, should be interpreted as a general summary of unprecedented events, but I don't know if the 769 number is correct. The article at the link has a video, that does not play on my old computer. I can't find a list of names to study.
But this article catches my attention, not because I was on the tennis team in high school, but because I am now a 68 year old out of shape "armchair quarterback". If spike proteins from Covid, or Covid injections, are causing permanent heart problems in young men (and they sure are), that must be bad news for old men who get Covid or Covid injections too. Not me. Never Covid infected. I also decided in late 2020 that I would not touch a 9 months in development Covid vaccine with a 10 foot pole !
Past articles on this subject in suffered from somewhat inaccurate data. The implication was that far more young athletes than usual died on the playing field in 2021. While that was true, and Covid vaccines are a likely cause, a prior list of 300 names included some people I would not have included. How do I know that? I read the entire list of 300. There were a few retired athletes, who died of heart attacks at a young age. Some young athletes died, or had heart attacks, at home, long after the game ended. Some referees and coaches died on the field -- they should not have been on a list of "athletes".

... This investigative report by OAN should serve, at the very least, as a catalyst to begin looking into the severe damage the vaccines have been causing, particularly in young people.
