Biden-Pelosi Democrats’ Seven Deadly Sins: D.R.E.A.M.E.R.

 Source:

"The acronym “D.R.E.A.M.E.R.” summarizes the seven deadly sins Joe Biden and Nancy Pelosi have perilously perpetrated on America.

The price has been substantial, and we take only partial comfort in knowing that nine months remain until we begin taking back America.

    D = Defund the Police

The call to defund the police has not abated adequately, It has demoralized officers, sparked increased early retirements, deterred police from intervening in street incidents that could result in their being suspended or even prosecuted for doing their jobs.

Soros-backed DAs will not prosecute property crimes, so “smash and grab” now is part of the lexicon, and rail yards are littered with emptied cartons of pilfered merchandise.

Bail is not sought, so apprehended criminals go free same-day.

Some are arrested as many as three times in a day.

Other felons rack up more than 40 arrests over time.

As a result, crime data now have surged to historic highs, particularly in terms of robberies, carjacks, and murders.

    R = Race Relations

At the time Obama was elected, race relations were excellent.

Americans buy products based on quality and price, not which race developed or manufactured them.

We work for employers based on pay and working conditions, not race.

We hire based on résumé and skills.

We sell or rent homes based on who will pay our price.

We eat at restaurants based on reputation, health, menu, cost, proximity, and taste.

We vacation based on locale, interest, and cost.

We vote based on policy, pledges, party, and trust.

Race does not matter.

No person who is normal uses the “N” word — not because of fear of “p.c. police” but for common sense.

Obama introduced racial division as political philosophy.

These have been twenty painful years, watching harmony degrade.

Biden and Pelosi were crucial players in the Obama racial disruption, and they have presided over its worsening.

“Diversity” is a lie — there is no diversity of viewpoint in academia, mainstream journalism, or entertainment.

“Inclusiveness” similarly is a lie.

“Equity” as used in “D.E.I.” (should be D.I.E.) means equal outcomes, not equality of opportunity.

That is the opposite of the American narrative.

Assured outcomes reduce personal efforts to achieve and thus to contribute personal greatness.

If I had been assured a high-paying attorney job, I would not have worked extra hard to get into a great law school, achieve maximal grades, then to make law review, then to get named Chief Articles Editor, then to clerk for a great federal appeals court judge.

America does better when people have no guaranteed outcomes; otherwise, they will eat fried chip snacks all day while seated on the couch and picking fuzz balls out of their navels.

“Equity” rewards whining and interminable complaining by mediocrities.

No further proof is needed than recognizing we have a Vice President who is (i) Black (check off that box), (ii) Woman (check that box), and — nothing else.

    E = Education

It is a crime of historic proportions to allow a child’s mind to be maintained as vapid and vacuous or to be filled with lies or perversions.

The public schools and woke textbook publishers now endeavor to teach a falsified “1619 History” that interprets America by race.

That is a lie.

Pilgrims did not come here for slaves.

More than 360,000 White people, many hailing from overseas, gave their lives to free Blacks and end slavery.

Blacks also owned slaves.

Slavery never could have happened if Africans did not kidnap their own on their continent and sell them for rum.

Children are being taught lies in history.

Furthermore, “woke math” now accepts wrong answers as correct.

That is criminal.

Children who add, subtract, multiply, or divide incorrectly should be told so.

That is how I became a math whiz.

I learned from mistakes.

I thank my teachers for correcting my errors when I was wrong.

Moreover, today’s public-school curriculum foists moral perversion, brainwashing vulnerable children that they may be in the wrong bodies, perhaps are transgendered or non-binary.

This is perversion and should be actionable child abuse.

Any child so grievously afflicted deserves our empathy for suffering from gender dysphoria, a medical illness Mayo Clinic still recognizes despite its political incorrectness.

Hold that Mayo. When false spooky ideas are implanted in children’s impressionable minds, they are unduly impacted, as witness the trauma that scary movies and events can cause them.

    A = Afghanistan

The evacuation from Afghanistan underscored the Biden-Blinken government’s comprehensive naïveté, incompetence, and failure in overall foreign policy.

Long before others so prognosticated, I published on these pages my asseveration that Biden’s consistently positive polling would end forever because of Afghanistan,

that the botched evacuation would open a flood of reconsideration that even mainstream media no longer would be able to camouflage.

Afghanistan marked an Administration incapable of managing foreign affairs.

On Biden’s watch, North Korea has resumed testing nuclear missiles,

Iran partially has been restored economically,

the Abraham Accords have lost momentum that saw other nations entering at intervals,

and Putin is on the brink of invading Ukraine.

None of this happened on Trump’s watch.

With a foreign policy more focused on LGBTQ rights, we do not understand Afghanistan and the Arab Muslim world,

even as an undue focus on environmental conferences sees our foreign policy diluted where it needs to be strongest.

Fittingly, none of these “global initiatives” even results in measurable climate impacts.

    M = Mexico Border

The previous Administration failed to honor many of itspledges to stop and reverse illegal immigration, but it did take important first steps in the right direction.

In time, Mexico agreed to hold in their borders people trying to get into our country.

We built and reinforced some 400 miles of wall.

Surging marches of undocumented people finally ended.

Order began emerging from chaos.

Thereafter, with Biden’s ascent, all restraints broke loose at the Mexico border and barely have abated.

We are back to catch and release, surging numbers of undocumented people seeking illegal immigration, chaos.

We have lost control of our more perilous border through which opioids, illegal aliens, and terrorists can and do infiltrate.

    E = Economy

As with crime, inflation has soared extraordinarily.

The Biden-Pelosi government made this happen by infusing too much paper money into the economy unnecessarily at a time that politically allowed Democrats to pay off their allies but disastrously tanked the economy.

The proliferation of more cash always translates to vendors charging more for everything because they know people have more money in hand to pay.

If you have only $10, then I set one level of prices.

If I learn tomorrow that you now have $20, I increase my prices because you now can pay that, and I want to maximize my profits.

Thus, for example, housing — both for sales prices and rentals — has gone through the roof.

Upon entering office, Biden immediately closed down the Keystone XL pipeline, reduced Alaskan oil exploration, and enacted other rules hampering hydro-fracturing and oil-and-gas exploration.

As a result, the law of supply and demand, an economic science, blew open a gasket in fossil-fuel prices.

We see it at the pump. It likewise returned us from a net energy exporter to a supplicant buying filthy crude oil from Muslim Arab sheikdoms who do not encounter domestic “green energy” political pressures,

and we ultimately havehad to tap our emergency national petroleum reserves.

Increased fuel prices mean everything costs more: electricity, operating factory machinery, manufacturing goods, salaries to offset increased commuting costs and household food prices, trucking goods to market —everything.

As a result, salary increases under Biden-Pelosi do not translate to raises in real wages as 7.5-8% inflation more than consumes pay hikes.

    R = Religion

Our nation was built on a bedrock of religious devotion.

On one hand, the First Amendment proscribes government entanglement in religion and state religion.

By law, we tolerate all beliefs and non-beliefs, but we are a nation of faith.

Congress begins its day with a prayer and employs a chaplain.

Our currency says “In G-d We Trust.”

There is a national prayer breakfast.

There is a White House Christmas tree.

We are a nation of religious deference.

Under Biden-Pelosi, despite their avowed Catholic faith, we see efforts not only to advance abortion — something banned in their avowed faith — but a concentrated effort to weaken the nation’s religious underpinnings.

but a concentrated effort to weaken the nation’s religious underpinnings.

Whether promoting non-binary ideology and even imposing such pronouns to a people whose Bible says “He created them male and female” (Gen. 1:27),

or looking for ways to weaken the pulpits of believers

— while leveraging Black churches for campaign stops

— or imposing mask and other mandates on churches and synagogues,

or forcing people to violate their religious consciences to celebrate LGBTQ unions,

the administration repeatedly has undercut religion at every quarter abroad and at home.

These Biden-Pelosi seven deadly sins have set America back terribly.

They can be reversed, and that must happen to save our country.

But the price of the setback has been enormous."
