Over The Counter Quercetin as a substitute for Ivermectin (that no one will prescribe for you)

The success with ivermectin is not about
preventing Covid infections.  The success
is significantly reducing hospitalizations
and deaths from Covid.

That's the same goal of the Covid vaccines,
but without the unprecedented adverse
short term side effects, and still unknown
long term side effects.

Ivermectin works by significantly
improving zinc assimilation:

There’s a class of medications
and substances called
‘zinc ionophores’

They open up a channel,
which allows zinc to go from
outside the cell to inside the cell.

The two prescription ones are:
Hydroxycholorquine and
Ivermection.

A substance called quercetin
is also a zinc ionophore.

You can go to a pharmacy,
or a supermarket, and buy
(over-the-counter) quercetin.

Zinc, Vitamin C and Vitamin D.
together are immune system
boosting nutritional supplements.

Studies show Vitamin D3 levels
between 50 and 70 significantly
reduce Covid hospitalizations and
admissions to the intensive care unit.

Optimizing your immune system
is the first step for battling Covid
infections without hospitalization.

I have taken Vitamin C, Vitamin D
and zinc supplements for over 40 years.
I added quercetin about a year ago.
I have never had any flu vaccines and
have never had the flu.  That's no proof
my supplements are working, but that
result was my goal. (I'm 68 years old).

These supplements (and Covid vaccines)
do not prevent infections, but they can
help your body deal with infections of
any respiratory disease.

You can help your immune system by
not getting stressed over Omicron.
It is just a corona virus common cold.
With extremely low risk of hospitalization.

If Omicron "crowds out" Delta Covid,
the Covid epidemic will finally end
this year.  I am optimistic that will
happen, based on my study
of past viral epidemics.
