I read:
"Three quarters of the class will be Caucasian; one quarter of the class will be African American; one seat will hold a Latino; and the remaining seats will be filled with students of Asian descent or non-resident aliens."three quarters

plus one
plus the remaining seats
adds up to over 100 percent !
If that error was on page 127, of the 137 page pdf file, I'd call it a typo. But it was in the first paragraph of page 2.
Much nearly meaningless word salad follows !
Ms. Biden, who wants to be called "Doctor", in spite of never graduating from a medical school, is a pretentious twit.
