It’s been one month since the US election -- where is actual evidence of huge election frauds claimed by Trump lawyers ?

After many glorious claims from Powell and Giuliani, no judge has been presented with enough direct evidence to support their claims that the results (in any state) were wrong.

That's not what I hoped to report here after one month, but it is what I had predicted -- not enough time to investigate and prove fraud before state votes were "certified".

The bureaucrats doing the certification certainly want everyone to believe they did not overlook voter fraud ... whether they actually looked for election fraud, or not.

There are a huge number of affidavits saying there were unusual vote patterns in several cities. And suspicious behaviors. And that vote tabulating machines could have been “fixed”.

Evidence that fraud could have happened is not evidence that fraud did happen, along with sufficient proof of that fraud to convince a judge.

The first battle is just about over.

Trump lost.

Right now the second battle should be for a better voting methodology in Georgia. That battle is not going well. There's about one month to change the Georgia methodology, of so many absentee ballots accepted with little or no signature checking. But that change would need to build on a success in challenging the November 3, 2020 vote, and that has not yet happened.

Two retired U.S. Lt. Generals, McInerney and Flynn, are being hailed as “authorities” on CIA voting machine hacking, even though both have no information technology knowledge, and are not authorities on that subject.

Mr. Flynn was (over) prosecuted for lying to the FBI, and fired for lying to Vice President Pence. Both are not evidence of a good character.

Mr. McInerney believes in a Hammer and Scorecard CIA computer hacking scheme. That scheme was invented by Dennis Montgomery, a military contractor who, over several years, has presented no evidence at all.

Mr. Montgomery had previously been caught and/or prosecuted for several other hoaxes, You can look him up at Wikipedia. His character is such that NOTHING he claims should be believed:

But there remain many unusual and suspicious events from the 2020 election:
1.
In the middle of the night, after election day, with Trump ahead, several swing states stopped counting ballots. Republican observers were removed from the counting facilities, or all observers were told to go home and get some sleep.  But ballot counting generally continued without the observers.

2.
Statistically abnormal batches of votes followed. They were unusually large in size, and had an unusually high (90 percent and above) Biden-to-Trump ratio.

"When counting resumed, there were four massive vote dumps in the middle of the night which proved decisive in some of the most critical swing states…

An update in Michigan listed as of 6:31AM Eastern Time on November 4th, 2020, which shows 141,258 votes for Joe Biden and 5,968 votes for Donald Trump

An update in Wisconsin listed as 3:42AM Central Time on November 4th, 2020, which shows 143,379 votes for Joe Biden and 25,163 votes for Donald Trump

A vote update in Georgia listed at 1:34AM Eastern Time on November 4th, 2020, which shows 136,155 votes for Joe Biden and 29,115 votes for Donald Trump

An update in Michigan listed as of 3:50AM Eastern Time on November 4th, 2020, which shows 54,497 votes for Joe Biden and 4,718 votes for Donald Trump

Biden won Wisconsin by less than one percent, he won Pennsylvania by just over one percent, he won Georgia by less than one percent and he won Arizona by less than one percent.

If you reverse the results in those four states, President Trump would be the winner of the race."

3.
Late arriving ballots were counted In Pennsylvania, violating their election laws. In addition, 23,000 absentee ballots had impossible postal return dates, before the records showed them being mailed out.  And 86,000 were retuned so fast after being mailed out, through the U.S. Post Office, that the timing is very suspicious.

4.
Failure to match signatures on mail-in ballots: Some voting machines were set so that virtually every signature spelled right would be accepted. The ballot rejection rate in "swing states" was typically an unprecedented low percentage.  If the states had the same absentee ballot rejection rate as in prior elections, Trump might have won the election.

5. The destruction of mail in ballot envelopes, which must contain signatures -- the actual ballots inside the envelopes are anonymous.

6.
In Delaware County, Pennsylvania, up to 50,000 votes, held on 47 USB cards, were alleged to be missing.

7.
Matt Braynard’s Voter Integrity Project estimates that 20,312 people no longer meeting residency requirements cast ballots in Georgia. Biden’s margin of victory was 12,670 votes

8.
There were ballots in pristine condition, without creases, as if they had NOT been mailed in envelopes, as required by law.

9.
Joe Biden took the lead from Trump in Georgia with 89 percent of the votes counted. For the next 53 batches of votes that were counted, Biden continued to lead Trump by a tiny margin, after every batch.

10.
AIl statistical anomalies and tabulation abnormalities were in Biden’s favor.
No claims or evidence of election fraud that favored Trump.
