My long-winded Introduction:
The Democrats, since 2016, have proven they can't be trusted. Their Trump Russian Collusion hoax is exhibit A. The effective cover up of the Joe Biden Crime Family, with one felony admitted (actually bragged about) by Joe Biden on a real video in 2018, is exhibit B. The incredible enthusiasm for Trump during his rallies, versus the low enthusiasm for Biden, when he bothered to campaign at all, strongly suggested Trump would win.
I only voted for a Republican president once, before 2020, -- Reagan in 1980. I am a libertarian, since 1973. We want less government and more freedom -- the opposite of socialists, Democrats and Republicans. I voted against Biden this year, because of his family's criminal activity. Voting for Trump, rather than the libertarian candidate, was simply my vote against Biden.
But ... I believe Trump continues the trend I see of every U.S. president being worse than the prior president, since Eisenhower. I know my belief really annoys Trump fans. But our country is a mess in 2020. You could correctly claim this pandemic, government restrictions of our freedom like never before, the urban riots, and the recession, were not Trump's fault. So what. The American way is to blame the current president for everything that goes wrong while he is president. And if you are a Democrat, you also blame "The Russians".
In all my writing, starting in 1977 with my newsletter ECONOMIC LOGIC, and with my blogs, starting in 2008 ....I write articles that are never deleted or revised after the day I publish them, except to fix typos. Usually the next day, if I find them at all. The wife usually finds them, and gleefully points them out to me. I tell her the wrong letter I typed was right next to the right letter on the keyboard, so that doesn't count. Then I claim they are deliberate typos, put there so she will read my articles to find them. My guiding philosophy is "None of my faults are my fault".
Just like an old fashioned book, when I publish something, it stays published, and my reputation is on the line. The only posts I ever delete are the "Next Batch of Articles Coming ... " notices on my climate science blog ( www.elOnionBloggle.Blogspot.com ) So I try not to speculate without evidence, and later be proved wrong,
in late 2016, this blog said the Trump Russian collusion claim was baloney. Sounded like something Hillary Clinton invented to take attention away from stolen Democrat National Committee (DNC) e-mails. Those e-mails made it clear the DNC was trying to stifle the Bernie Sanders campaign in 2016. That proved to be true.
Now I'm making the claim, that will live here permanently: Election fraud in 2020 was sufficient to prevent President Trump from winning an election that he would have won, if ONLY legal votes had been counted.
Five states have evidence of sufficient fraud that could have changed their electoral results: Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia, Wisconsin and Arizona. I have previously written there is not enough time -- less than six weeks -- to investigate and convince a judge to do something about this. I hope I'm wrong about that. Judges who want to do the right thing would be under great pressure, including verbal and physical threats, to ignore the fraud. Democrats act like a vicious mob when they don't get their way. Riots would resume in cities if Biden's apparent "victory" was reversed.
I was waiting for these Sydney Powell lawsuits,
giving her the benefit of the doubt. I had doubts about her belief in
an internet hoax about alleged CIA software used to fix foreign
elections. Such software may exist, but we don't know that. We do know
the alleged HAMMER and SCORECARD software is a hoax created by one man
with no supporting evidence.
The right response to enough fraud (that could change the results) in any state would be a re-vote in that state, or not allowing their electoral votes to count, possibly pushing Joe Biden under 270, and throwing the election into the House of Representatives. Trump would be most likely to win there, based on the rules specified in the US constitution. That happened once before in US history.
This state matters the most because the January 2021 Senate run-off elections could have even more fraud, if no one is punished for the November 2020 fraud.
Sidney Powell has now claimed, in writing, that "hundreds of thousands of illegal, ineligible, duplicate, or purely fictitious ballots" enabled by "massive election fraud" facilitated Biden's win in the state.

- A104-page complaint filed in the US District Court in Atlanta that the purpose of the scheme was "illegally and fraudulently manipulating the vote count to make certain the election of Joe Biden as president of the United States."
"Mathematical and statistical anomalies rising to the level of impossibilities, as shown by affidavits of multiple witnesses, documentation, and expert testimony evince this scheme across the state of Georgia. ... This scheme and artifice to defraud affected tens of thousands of votes in Georgia alone and 'rigged' the election in Georgia for Joe Biden."
-- At least 96,600 absentee ballots were requested and counted but were never recorded as being returned to county election boards by the voter. "Thus, at a minimum, 96,600 votes must be disregarded," the suit said.
-- Kemp and Raffensperger "rushed through the purchase of Dominion voting machines and software in 2019 for the 2020 Presidential Election" without due diligence and disregarded safety concerns.
-- "There is incontrovertible physical evidence that the standards of physical security of the voting machines and the software were breached, and machines were connected to the internet in violation of professional standards and state and federal laws."
-- Fulton County election workers used a claim of a water leak to evacuate poll watchers and workers for several hours on Election night, even as "several election workers remained unsupervised and unchallenged working at the computers for the voting tabulation machines until after 1:00 am":
A burst water pipe that cleared the counting room turned out to be, at most, a toilet overflowing in another building.
It was widely reported that “As of 7 p.m. on Wednesday Fulton County Elections officials said 30,000 absentee ballots were not processed due to a pipe burst.”31 Officials reassured voters that none of the ballots were damaged and the water was quickly cleaned up. But the emergency delayed officials from processing ballots between 5:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.
Plaintiffs have learned that the representation about “a water leak affecting the room where absentee ballots were counted” was not true. The only water leak that needed repairs at State Farm Arena from November 3 – November 5 was a toilet overflow that occurred earlier on November 3. It had nothing to do with a room with ballot counting, but the false water break representation led to “everyone being sent home.” Nonetheless, first six (6) people, then three (3) people stayed until 1:05 a.m. working on the computers.
State officials in a settlement with Democratic parties made changes to election procedures that violated both state law and the U.S. Constitution.
The suit asks for over a dozen remedies, including an injunction blocking the state's certified results - in which Biden 'won' by 12,000 votes - from being transmitted to the Electoral College.
Powell's suit also demands an audit where signatures are matched, the impounding of various election machines and video surveillance from vote-counting areas.
These charges are harder to believe than those about Georgia, in my opinion:
The complaint alleged “an especially egregious range of conduct” in Wayne County and the City of Detroit and similar conduct throughout the state -- election process was “riddled with fraud, illegality, and statistical impossibility.”
It noted that the “same pattern of election fraud and voter fraud writ large occurred in all the swing states with only minor variations” in Pennsylvania, Arizona, and Wisconsin.
The complaint cited eyewitness and expert testimony to allege that there were enough ballots identified to overturn and reverse the election results. It also said results of the election cannot be relied on.
The suit claimed that election software and hardware from Dominion Voting Systems used by the Michigan Board of State Canvassers helped facilitate the fraud.
“Smartmatic and Dominion were founded by foreign oligarchs and dictators to ensure computerized ballot-stuffing and vote manipulation to whatever level was needed to make certain Venezuelan dictator Hugo Chavez never lost another election,” it added, citing a whistleblower’s affidavit alleging that the Smartmatic software was used to manipulate Venezuelan elections in favor of Chavez.
“A core requirement of the Smartmatic software design ultimately adopted by Dominion for Michigan’s elections was the software’s ability to hide its manipulation of votes from any audit,” the complaint alleged.
"Dominion neglectfully allowed foreign adversaries to access data and intentionally provided access to their infrastructure in order to monitor and manipulate elections, including the most recent one in 2020,” the filing said.
Expert Navid Keshavarez-Nia explains that US intelligence services had developed tools to infiltrate foreign voting systems including Dominion. He states that Dominion’s software is vulnerable to data manipulation by unauthorized means and permitted election data to be altered in all battleground states. He concludes that hundreds of thousands of votes that were cast for President Trump in the 2020 general election were transferred to former Vice-President Biden. (Exh. 26).
The expert Navid Keshavarz-Nia -- is a high level cyber security man who has led or worked with the CIA, NSA and FBI etc. In a story from September 2020, the NY Times lavishes praise on him saying“ those who worked with him said, [he] “was always the smartest person in the room.”
One large batch of ballots was pristine. There was a difference in the texture of the paper. There was a difference in the feel. These different ballots included a slight depressed pre-fold. Circles filled in for the candidates on these ballots were unusually uniform, perhaps even done with a ballot-marking device. One ballot watcher claimed approximately 98% of them votes for Joe Biden.
Voting machines were not sealed or locked, and the serial numbers were not what was reflected on the related documentation.
