through April 2016, the
NSA database was being
exploited by contractors,
within the Obama
intelligence community,
doing unauthorized searches.
On March 9, 2016,
an audit of FBI system
access, found thousands
of unauthorized
search queries
of specific
U.S. citizens
within the
NSA database.
NSA Director
Admiral Mike Rogers,
on April 18, 2016,
shut down all FBI
contractor access
to the database.
NSA metadata
was being searched
for political opposition
research.
Additionally,
tens-of-thousands
of searches
were identified
by the FISA court
as likely extending
back to 2012.

Rosemary Collyer
later wrote
in her report,
“Many of these non-compliant
queries involved the use
of the same identifiers
over different date ranges.”
It seems obvious the
primary search target
was Donald Trump.
The NSA database
was misused for
political surveillance
during Obama’s
second term.
The day after NSA Director
Mike Rogers shut down
“contractor” access to the
system on April 18, 2016,
Fusion-GPS founder
Glenn Simpson’s wife,
Mary Jacoby, visited
the White House.
The DNC and Hillary Clinton
campaign soon contracted
with Fusion GPS, who hired
former British spy Christopher
Steele.
It was federal “contractors”
outside government,
with access to the system,
doing unauthorized searches.
CrowdStrike was
an FBI contractor.
Shawn Henry was the
former head of the FBI office
in DC, and is now the head of
CrowdStrike; a politically
connected data security
and forensics company.
Nellie Ohr
began working
for Fusion-GPS,
on the Trump project,
in November 2015,
and she was
a CIA contractor.
Later, Obama
intelligence agencies
began using confidential
human sources (CHS’s)
to investigate
the Trump campaign.
CHS's Joseph Mifsud,
and Stefan Halper ( CIA, FBI ),
participated in the political
surveillance operations.
Donald Trump hired
Paul Manafort on
March 28, 2016.
Glenn Simpson
( Fusion GPS )
sold prior research
on Manafort, as a part of
a fictional Trump-Russia
collusion dossier,
two weeks later.
Which led to the
FBI investigation
of candidate Trump,
known as
“Crossfire
Hurricane”,
which officially began
on July 31, 2016.
The Steele Dossier
claimed Trump lawyer
Michael Cohen had been
in Prague, which seemed
suspicious.
But It was the wrong
Michael Cohen.
It was an art dealer
from New York City
named Michael Cohen.
Lawyer Michael Cohen
immediately revealed
that Prague claim
was wrong.
After that,
Democrats decided
not to publicize the
the Steele Dossier,
in favor of an Access
Hollywood video.
Their October 7, 2016
surprise was the
"leaked" Billy Bush
Access Hollywood
"secret" video,
of Trump bragging
about his 'groupies'.

SUMMARY:
The FISA court identified
tens-of-thousands
of search queries
of the NSA/FBI database
using the FISA-702(16)(17)
system, made by people
not authorized to see
the material.
The NSA database
was repeatedly
used by persons with FBI
contractor access, who
unlawfully searched and
extracted raw results,
without redacting
the names of American
citizens, and shared
the data with an
unknown number
of entities.
The process points
toward a political spying
and surveillance operation.
Judge Collyer said the DOJ,
which includes the FBI,
had an “institutional lack
of candor” in responses
to the FISA court.
The Obama administration
was continually lying
to the FISA court about
illegal searches and seizures
of U.S. persons’ private
information, for multiple years
( fourth amendment violations ).
Americans had no idea
of the Obama-era surveillance.
DETAILS:
On March 9th, 2016,
internal auditors noted
the FBI was sharing
“raw FISA information".
The person(s) attached
to the results were named
and obvious.
There was no effort
to hide their identity
or protect their
4th amendment
rights of privacy.
The review of
November 1, 2015,
to May 1, 2016, showed
“eighty-five percent
of those queries
were unlawful"
or
“non compliant”.
"Many of these
non-compliant queries
involved the use of the
same identifiers over
different date ranges.
This tells us the system
users were searching
the same phone number,
e-mail address,
electronic identifier,
repeatedly over
different dates."
There is little doubt
the FISA-702(16)(17)
database system was
used by Obama-era officials,
from 2012 through April 2016,
as a way to spy on their
political opposition.
None of this is
a conspiracy theory.
Fusion GPS
was hired
in April 2016
for three reasons:
The Steele Dossier,
an outcome of the
Fusion GPS contract,
contains three "insurance
policy" purposes:
(1)
A cover-story
and justification for the
pre-existing surveillance
operation (protect Obama);
and
(2)
Facilitating the FBI
counterintelligence
operation against
the Trump campaign
(assist Clinton); and
(3)
Support the Special Counsel
(protect Obama and Clinton).
The Steele Dossier
got official status
when the FBI used it
to justify a FISA application,
making Carter Page the patsy
-- the FBI knew Carter Page
was irrelevant, and never
charged him with a crime.
The Steele Dossier
was also
the FBI 's "evidence"
to justify
the Mueller Team,
of all Democrats,
who investigated
only Republicans,
for almost two years!
The FBI,
by repeatedly
renewing the
Carter Page
FISA application,
justified by
Steele dossier
( that they knew
was fiction ),
was to justify
the surveillance
by Mueller's Team.
