To help us
better understand
what obstruction
of justice is,
Nasty Nancy Pelosi
has smeared President
Trump with false changes,
and then put those charges
"on the shelf", which is
refusing to allow
the President
his day in court
(the Senate)
to defend himself.
That's
obstruction
of justice !
Nasty Nancy Pelosi also
Obstructed Congress,
specifically the House,
whose members
voted for impeachment
(charges made), but Pelosi
has blocked that Constitutional
process by refusing to appoint
impeachment managers to
present the case to the Senate.
Nasty Nancy has also tried
to extort Mitch McConnell
in the Senate, pressuring
him to create Senate
impeachment rules
that SHE wants.
Democrats have a nasty habit
of committing crimes that they
accuse Republicans of !
In a previous article here,
I said it made no sense
for Pelosi to hand off
impeachment leadership to
Senate Republicans, who could
allow the president's lawyers
to question every witness House
Democrats had rejected, including
the Biden Crime Family.
So what happens
if after Nasty Nancy
got the impeachment
vote she wanted,
she never transmits the
articles of impeachment
to the Senate for presentation
by Democrat "impeachment
managers"?
My research on this potential,
unprecedented situation,
shows that impeachment
is a House process, not just
one House vote.
If Nasty Nancy stops the House
process before it is complete,
with the House's remaining
impeachment responsibilities
on permanent hold, then the
"legislation" is still in progress.
Legislation in progress is cancelled
at the end of the current Congress,
which would be in January 2021.
Which means that in January 2021,
when President Trump is likely
to be starting his second term,
his unfinished impeachment
process would become
null and void
-- just like all
other incomplete
House legislation.

Democrats started their
attack on candidate Trump
in the first half of 2016.
Always angry John Brennan
was the cheerleader pressing
the Justice Department and
FBI to investigate Trump.
They were already
investigating
Hillary Clinton,
so why not?
In summer 2016, when DNC
e-mails were leaked to
WikiLeaks, the Clinton
campaign quickly reacted:
Claiming it was a hack,
Claiming WikiLeaks
was lying
about their source
( a DNC employee who was
angry that Bernie Sanders
did not get treated fairly
by the DNC ),
Falsely blaming Russia,
which could NEVER
be proven,
Obstructing any investigation
by the Obama FBI, and
Creating the false narrative
that Russia was trying
to help Donald Trump win.
The 22 month Mueller Team
investigation, where ONLY
Democrats investigated
ONLY Republicans, proved
Russia collusion was a hoax.
The we had a mysterious
non-whistle blower with
no first hand information.
Then we had secret hearings
in a Congressional basement
room.
Republican requests for
witnesses were denied.
The President was not
allowed to have his
lawyers cross examine
the claims, almost all
based on second hand
information, and personal
opinions.
Democrat witnesses were
accepted, and coached.
The non-whistle blower
was kept hidden.
Then we had a few public
hearings.
Only one "fact witness"
ever testified, and he
said Trump specifically
told him "no quid pro quo"
for Ukraine to receive lethal
military aid -- something
Obama would never give
to Ukraine.
After talk of bribery,
extortion and
quid pro quo
-- real crimes --
actual impeachment
articles were
generic, evidence-free
obstruction of justice,
which might mean
something if there was an
underlying crime that was
obstructed, but there was not.
And obstruction of Congress,
which is normally settled by
the Supreme Court, but the
Democrats refused to ask
for a decision.
These two generic claims
are not supported by
any evidence of any crime.
And that's why the Democrats
are devious and deceptive.
Democrats are also dumb,
because they have not yet
realized that Donald Trump
loves to fight with his
political enemies.
And his popularity increases.
Because It changes Trump from
a strong, often obnoxious leader,
into a victim of unjustified partisan,
political attacks.
Trump promises not kept in his first
term can be blamed on constant
obstruction by Democrats.
Democrats have nothing to take
credit for, other than supporting
wide open borders, supporting
the Green New (or)Deal,
opposing 'fracking', and the
most obvious of all --
hating Trump
with a passion
since 2016.
That's not
a formula
to win the
2020 election.
Democrats have
morphed into
Dumbocrats !
They love ridiculing
and character attacking
Trump so much that they
want another four years
to do that !
