weapons deals,
to 16 countries
that donated to the
Clinton Foundation
-- a 145% increase
in completed
weapons sales
to those nations
over the same
time frame during the
Bush administration,
according to IBTimes.
American
defense contractors
also donated to
the Clinton Foundation,
while Hillary Clinton
was Secretary of State,
and in some cases
made large payments
to Bill Clinton
for making speeches !
Those defense firms,
and their subsidiaries,
contractors in
$163 billion of
Pentagon-negotiated
weapons deals,
authorized by
the Hillary Clinton
State Department,
between 2009
and 2012.

to Bill Clinton,
for his birthday,
which the "charity"
confirmed it accepted.

If there was
no "pay-for-play",
then why did donations
